I spend around 100 or less each month, but have to break the bank about every 9 months and spend between $200 and $300 to replenish the stocks of BCAAs, fish oil, and beta.

I am starting to order more protein from True Protein, and thinning out my use of ON ProComplex. PC is just so damn expensive I can't afford to take it as my only protein, but such a quality protein that I don't want to stop using it all together. I am going to use Teamskip (in the morning and before workout) and PC (after workout, and possibly during the day as a meal) together, and hopefully save a little money.

I have also switched my multi to save on $. Was using MVP for the past 6 months, but am switching to NOW's Adam.

I also get my friends to place orders with me, so that I can save on shipping.

Anyone else have any money saving tactics when ordering supps?

I'm with easy...I've been retarded!

but, I've stopped supplementing a lot of protein and, although my NP invoices are smaller, my grocery bill has gotten rediculous...food is getting so EXPENSIVE!

typical though:
xtend :$50
CM: $10
WMS: $10
whey (whatever I decide I want that month): $50-60
sesamin: $20
cissus(until my knee gets better): $40

If Im going to spend 8-12 hours a week in the gym, and countless other hours concentrating on diet, not to mention the time spent pondering my workout plans, training routines, etc. you better believe Im going to use every advantage at my disposal to reach my fitness goals.

Agree. Now you should concentrate on accumulating crap you can use! :)

Makes sense! ;)

I'd say im in the 100 to 150 month. Some months less than 100 other months more.

Staples
protein
creatine
maca
multi

going to add green tea and long jack next month.

Less than $100 thats for sure :) don't buy to many wonder prod's allways wants to be sure that the things I spend money on works!

hmm im not that sure-- maybe 150 a month but i dont get everything in one order - i just get something when i run out.

damn, I forgot how much I spend while ON...everything adds up fast!

i know i spend way too much --- i just want to get big as fast as possible, and then just use the staples, protein, creatine, and food. But i love trying out new supplements and seeing if they work.

This month I got RPM,Drive,osteo-c,IGF-2...that hurt the wallet and I am going to do it again because I am running 2 bottles of each.

Other than that I have to purchase Protien, every month. Food cost has gone up too....Now that I am trying to eat healthy and gain weight.

i am just guessing, 100-150 monthy AVERAGED.

1800 dollars a year is alot of money going to supps.......

i believe i am pretty accurate in my guestimate.

It would be interesting to see those that posted their amounts to come back in here and update us on if they've cut back due to gas prices or not. I know I have. I've considered going without protein for awhile. Gotta do what ya gotta do when you have a wife and a couple teenagers..

My basics are:

Multi
ZMA
Digestive Enzymes
Waxy Maize
Whey Isolate
Protein blend
Fish oil

I geet everythign but my fishoil and proteins off of nutraplanet, i would get the fishoil there but i take too much of it to be swallowing caps.

If you guys are spending well over 200 bucks a month i hope ure benching 450+ and running sub 4.5 40's.....
