How many supplement pill do you take each day

So i'm just about pilled out. Getting sick and tired of halling a around a bag of pills and trying to remember when to take and how much. Just got me wondering how many different/how many total pill's most people are taking each day. So here goes:

Fish oil 6 pills
Taurine 8 pills (500 mg)
multi 3 pills
Hawthorne berry 6 pills
Epi 3 pills
vitamin C 2 pills
vitamin D 2 pills
cranberry 2 pills
green tea extract 4 pills
Zma 3 pills
allergy 1 pill
plus Toco-8 1 a day
Dermacrine 2 time a day (lv)

Total 31 pills 2 LV shots and 1 Powder so well call it 34

Thats not counting any of my Basics ( creatine whey casein etc.)
Ok i know that there are some real supplement junkies out there that can put my number to shame.( i actually take more when not on a cycle)
 
It changes, depending on what I'm using at the time. I just stopped counting a long time ago - you've got to when you're downing 10-15 caps at once, sometimes several times a day, LOL :toofunny:

Amen to that!!

Best thing I ever did was to get a large pill container that was broken down into different portable containers for each day. Each day is broken into 4 compartments big enough to hold roughly 8-10 of your standard-sized capped products. I fill 'em up each weekend and take one with me to work every day so that I maintain the schedule. I've also taken my current products out of my stash cabinet above the fridge and lined the bottles up on top of the fridge in an order that makes no sense other than a nice color scheme! :lol:

Currently, for anyone who cares, this is my current count:

StimX - 2/day
AT2 - 3/day
Erase - 3/day
MassFX TD - 2/day
HardFX - 2/day
Carnobolic - 6/day
+
3 scoops AXcell pre-w/o with 1 teaspoon bulk Taurine
 
Yeah it really depends on what I'm doing at the time but I've easily had times where I'm downing 10-15 at a shot. I call it my pill breakfast!
 
throwing back pills is not a big deal to me, but capping and slamming powders sucks, and research chems are the worst.


during pct for me it was

1.5ml torem

I hear yah i usally don't really count ethier i just got curious. I think i can down about 6-7 at a time not sure about 10-15.

I'm always on the presuit to lower my supplement intake but as of right now its

Morning on a empty stomach

NAC- 1
Citrulline Malate- 1
After Breakfast

Multi-vitamin- 1
Vitamin D 1
Fish oil 1
Chromium 1
Lunch

Chromium 1
Probiotic 1

Dinner

Chromium 1

Night

Melatonin 1


Back in the day it was just off the charts, I used to waste SOOOOO much money. If I had saved that I could probably buy a good used car.
 
LOL. Its kinda sad and funny at the same time, I dont count anymore either, but lets say more than 20 but less than 34 every freakin day.
 
Knew I for got something my joint supplement that's 2 more taking my total to 36

I can understand that as my supp taking was out of control so I have cut back. Even though I am stacking Bioforge/Activate Xtreme, which I don't normally stack test boosters since cutting back I am taking:

AM:

Krealkalyn - 2
Bioforge - 2
AX - 2

Lunch:

Bioforge - 1

Dinner:

Bioforge - 1
AX - 2

Total = 11

I took Universal M-Stack a couple of years ago and although I had good results taking the 7 or 8 tabs that each dose contains first thing in the morning got to be a pain really quickly. I must admit that experience put me off trying any more Universal products.

How do you like the Fenugreek thinking about adding that to my cut stack when i'm done with my current Cycle.

It honestly hard to say, i tried it a couple months back as up upped my caloric intake by 300-400 cals, which i've gotten some strength/size gains from. Unforunately i cant give ya a straight answer, but its cheap and doesnt have any side affects, so i'd just give it a shot n see how it pans out for ya

Thanks for the straight answer. I'm still doing some research on it but i think i'll give it a shot soon.
