How long to wait before starting RPM/Drive?

I will be finishing up some JW/PowerFull at the end of this month...my RPM/Drive comes this week and I was wondering if I should wait before starting it.

You do not have to wait!

Honestly there is no need to wait. JW has the possibility of shutting you down so taking DRIVE/RPM right after could be of a greater benefit as opposed to waiting.

Go with it right away, it lowers coristol levels and increases free test, which is a good thing for anytime!

Thanks. What do you guys think about running USP Labs Recreate with the RPM/Drive? (I'm cutting)
It is basically a doable stack. There are two potential watchouts, though. One for stim-sensitive users (both Recreate and RPM contain (methylxathine)/caffeine. The other for users with an initial adverse reaction to forskolin (both Drive and Recreate contain Forslean). Personally, it is a stack I can do at full doses. Yet, some may consider doing a full dose of Recreate, combined with a half-dose of RPM and a full dose of Drive. This should deliver optimal results for the stim-sensitive. Adverse responders to forskolin may start Drive dosage low and increase slowly until full dosage is reached. Half RPM and full Drive, by the way, would still deliver the desired cumulative synergy.

I have a question about dosing....I am 189lbs.

Should I be taking RPM on non workout days?

I guess I would do 3 Drive in the AM, and 3 RPM/3 Drive pre-workout....but should I take anything more? I only lift 3-4x a week. Does cardio count for a workout dose? There really aren't any clear instructions on dosing so I thought I'd ask.

Thanks
Matt

Hey man!

Ok, so on-workout days you can lower the dose of RPM by half, or if you feel you have enough energy, you could skip the dose. Cardio does in fact count for a workout, and I would definetly use RPM for cardio sessions.
