300+ on my bench, 405 on deadlift ,350+ on my squat, 185-225 on over head press!!

My main one is squat i would love to get to 400!!

These are long term goals but Im steadily working towards them maybe Santa will throw me a bone
 
I don't want this to count as an entry, but would like to hit (and pass) 500x3 on deadlift and ATG squat.
 
I could not post all my videos earlier, but this is a deadlift video that i need to destroy. My pulling sucks and as stated in my goal i want to break 405 for a single
I also want to hit 315 x 5 on deficit deadlifts
and 405 x 1 on Sumo Style Deadlifts as well

Did leg press yesterday after 5x15 squats @135... Leg presses 2x15@ 375 went to bathroom to throw up only dry heaves then 2x15@375 leg press hahaha. Did a few more just thought the dry eaves on leg day would some some work.
 
Would love to translate this to regular flat bench at 405.

420 x 3 on flat hammer strength bench press with strips sets that followed. Definitely cheating involved - bounce off the ground for reps 2 and 3.

I don't lift for 1RM as I lift by myself but I would love to get to 250x5 on the Bench!
 
My PR(s) would be to hit 120 lb dumbbells for dumbbell flat chest press for reps by the end of 2013 and squat and deadlift 315 for reps next year as well. But most importantly to continue to keep training past June 27th 2013 because that will be exactly a year since my open heart surgery. That is my ultimate pr.
 
Well this year while doing Body Beast and DTP I've hit a couple of PRS that I never thought it would be possible.

Also was able to hit 60lb db shoulder presses and 75lb db chest press.

But would like to get maybe 700lb in the leg press. 80lb db shoulder press. 80 db chest press. 80lb barbell curls! And run faster!

Was any of the loggers a runner? I would like to know about their endurance and if they felt like they could run for longer.

My one PR wish would be to hit 315 on the bench....I never lifted for strength...but would love to hit 315! I've been a good boy this year too!

This is the smith overhead I want to improve on. Currently 295 x 3 (full ROM)

I could go for some crazy ass functional strength PR's like being able to do one arm pull-ups. And, being able to run a 6 min trail mile at my current bodyweight.

Santa was a beta tester for versa-1 and he didnt need no reindeer to give out prestents because he can now run like the wind

Thank you for the support! You having a hard time lifting? With school being out and no bus loads of kids to lift, you just deloading this week by using empty buses?

I would also like to add 60 push ups in 2 minutes.

One hand push up just once.

And at least 20 pulls ups.
