Great workout today. Very pumped during the whole thing. Ghenerate gives me some very strong pumps in the gym.

Shoulder presses up to 155 on last set
Lateral raises 20lbs 3 sets
narrow grip up right rows 60-12,70-12,80-10

db seated behind neck ext - 60-12,70-12,70-10

Once i got to this point the pump was ridiculous. I was getting alot of stares in the gym. My arms and shoulders were looking swole as hell. I wish my camera wasn't dead so I could post some pics. If i could get myself down to 6-7% bodyfat i would look pretty ridiculous, not to be boastful or anything. So i need more cardio ugh....
