High Dose Coleus forskohlii

There appears to he some excellent synergy between forskolin and Alpha-Yohimbine.

Can you expand, please?

Activation of A2 adrenergic receptors in multiple tissues appears to significantly REDUCE cAMP levels.

Seems like Forskolin, an Beta-Agonist, and Rauwolscine/Piperine is a badass lipolytic stack so far.

There is more to add to it, for sure, but initially these are the suggestions for picking up existing products for greatest effect.

Omega 3 - 1000mg
CLA - 1000mg
Sesamin - 1000mg
7-Keto DHEA - 100mg
Green Tea Extract (50% Catechins) - 500mg
Rasbety Ketones - 300mg
TTA - 500mg

plus i found the BIOGENETIX Transformation Kit @ GNC at ridiculous and insane price ($19.99) of course i bought!!!!!!! and something strange.....my mod changed 101% and my focus and intensity in the gym is awesome no stress after work really i don`t know what happen science i began to take the BIOBURN-D2T plus my supplements listed above.

Guys, I was playing around with the idea of running this test booster I designed on customcapsule and want your opinion on it.
Capsule Name: Test Booster
Pills Per Serving: 2
Total Pills: 300
Ingredients %DV
Horny Goat Weed Extract (10% Icariin) 500 MG N/A
Longjack 100:1 (Tongkat Ali) 25 MG N/A
Coleus Forskohlii (20% forskolin) 100 MG N/A
Tribulus terrestris (45% Saponins) 675 MG N/A

How do you think this will work in the configuration I have here? If you have any suggested changes let me know but this would give me 75 days worth with 2 in the AM/PM.

Ditch the Trib.

Ditch the Trib.

What's wrong with the Trib? Should I increase the mgs on any of the other, substitute something else?

You called it a test booster. Trib doesn't raise test.

I would increase the dosage of the LJ and Icariin, and maybe add some Nettle.

Thanks DSADE! I am still learning and will play around with the configuration and see what I come up with. Looking at giving this an honest 70+ day run or is that too long for a test booster? I might actually run this with USP Anabolic Pump and Prime or just AP...haven't decided yet.

Edit - So I checked no Nettle that I can see at CC and with the additional LJ/Icariin it gets expensive but still less than a 75 day supply of some other good test boosters. Going to see what some of the CC people have to suggest and see if I can come up with a good formula. I based my original idea off of Bio Forge hence the use of Trib.

What would be an effective dose of coleus forskohlii (20%) with one cap of Alpha Burn? (the combo would be taken twice a day)

I would guesstimate 150mg twice a day of the 20%.

So only 30 mg of the active (forskolin) per dose? Thanks.

I think this is a good starting point, yes, since you are at risk for CF side effects.

Personal tolerance and effects vs. side effects need to be your guide - but I am having no decrease in effects.

dsade and/or rodja...what do you 2 think of this stack (i know rodja commented, but changed the CLA to SESATHIN).

Im just about to order all these supps and wanna make sure there arent any changes that i need to subtract or add to this stack (perhaps a test booster to kick this thing up a notch, etc...etc..)

Forskolin (work up to 100-150mg/day)
TTA (1g - split into 2 doses) (im reading alot of info saying up to 2-3g/day?)
Alpha-Y ...aka ALPHABURN
EGCG (1g - split into 2x/day)
RK (500mg - split into 2x/day)
Sesathin (3-5g/day)

**** possible subtractions are VAT ATTACK (3g/day) ???
**** possible additions are test booster of some sort

Good luck finding AL SesaThin (it has been DC'd), but still looks solid. I'd keep the TTA around 1g as you'll get plenty of lipolysis from the stack.

That Alpha-Y is AlphaBurn right? If you're doing straight bulk powder, you might need a higher dosage. I prefer Sesamin (Or Sesathin) > CLA. You could toss VAT Attack in there, but you will never know if it's working or not. Just start cutting already :)

thanks. I was just looking at the primaforce. Would you add anything to that stack in terms of a test booster ( i know it may sound redundant to add a test to a stack for cutting, but wouldnt mind adding a few lbs in the process)

As a matter of fact, i am going to purchase the alphaburn as a substitute for ALPHA-Y ?

thanks again

The PrimaForce oil would be my rec.

if taking 100-150mg of less potent 20% coleus is cheaper than taking 25mg of 95% coleus, would it really matter which one you take? more potent doesnt mean more results as long as you take the same ratio of the active ingredient right?

theoretically correct, though most herbals have other compounds that are potentially valuable (banaba is a good example of higher not being better).

you know another product like AL SesaThin (Constituent of Sesame Seeds) with 1250mg awesome all of others have 1000mg and is standardized or made from Sesamin Lignans.

Scientific Support

There are no published trials showing that the supplement promotes either weight loss or increased lean body mass, though writers for the company (Sabinsa) that markets the Coleus extract (ForsLean) have briefly alluded (in a Health Food industry publication) to an uncontrolled “trial” of 6 overweight women in whom 500mg of the supplement per day for 8 weeks caused a loss of body weight and fat, while lean mass increased. This data is completely useless to most of us, as there was no blinding of subjects or a placebo control group, so there is no way to determine whether or not the weight loss was due to the supplement (which is highly unlikely).

Most of the work conducted on the actions of forskolin have been confined to studying its actions in increasing cellular cAMP levels and the effects of cAMP on regulating various hormone/enzyme systems. There has been virtually no investigations of the effect of oral dosing of forskolin as a weight loss aid (or for any other health benefit in humans). There have been reports in humans of forskolin being effective in relieving the intraocular pressure of glaucoma when applied directly to the eyes (as an eyewash) and one case report suggesting that injected forskolin may help lower blood pressure in patinets with heart disease. Some small animal studies also suggest that forskolin may be useful in reducing blood pressure and reducing bronchial constriction in asthma (similar to asthma inhalers).

yes, i decided to go with the ALPHABURN for the alpha-Y.

What would u recommend in terms of dosage for the alphaburn for this stack?

thanks stevo / rodja

Sclaremax (actually the extract of the Salvia sclarea plant), may be more effective than Coleus Forskohli (an active ingredient in the Lean System 7 fat burner), at increasing cyclic AMP (a cell regulating compound), consequently raising thyroid hormone levels and further spurring weight loss. Alas, the effectiveness of sclaremax is also largely undocumented at this time.
