Here's to my first log

Got my first shipment of goodies in today!! Super excited about them all but especially excited to try out the new powdered EPIC pwo tomorrow for leg day! :D

Quick question how does the Whey pro taste when I was repping for them they had a protein but it was horrendous they were trying something with Whey and Pea protein and it was so bad I threw most of mine out and told them I couldn't push it due to my integrity and thinking it was horrible. I imagine this new one is better. Also is it concentrate or isolate or a blend?

I used to love Ghenerate though that stuff is awesome both to go to bed and about halfway through the workout.
 
Oh yeah by the way you look amazing the scale is just telling you that your muscle is growing, because you are obviously leaner.

I tried it just for you...it's pretty good. Not super sweet but thy as perfect if you blend it with fruit or almond milk or something. Is just pure whey protein concentrate now. No blend or add ins. I was wondering about the Ghenerate. Hoping it will help with recovery and maybe a little muscle growth?!

Awww thank you!! :) You guys (non gender specific lol) are so awesome!!! Definitely help with the mental torture I put myself through in situations like that too!

Solid squatting and pulling.

Throw up a video of yours squats or deadlifts and I'm sure you'd get some solid critiquing. I know I've gotten tons of useful feedback.

With that said, all the old-married-men in here might have a heart attack watching so be mindful.

Thank you! Lol I feel so dumb videoing or taking pics while training! I wish I was at more of an old school gym instead of a preppy a** gym. Then maybe it wouldn't be as awkward. Plus there would be more people who actually lift real weight! Lol

Really? Why not?...I had soffe shorts and a tshirt on but my daughter gave me crap about wearing it out in public! Haha I was perfectly fine with just being comfy!! Lol

What's up with a teen girl who should be wearing a size 10 trying to fit into a size 3? The rolls all hanging out and dunlopped and the shirt shriveled up over the top roll. I understand society has accepted overweight but heck don't flaunt it! End rant.

Oh my goodness Puccah! You have me rolling with these pics! You're so crazy! Thank you Turff! You're right- sadly it is very common for people to wear clothes way too tight and very inappropriate! There are some things you just shouldn't wear in public- regardless of your size but you if you do wear things out- you shouldn't be able to see every dimple, roll, and/or crevice!
 
We found some really cool "bugs" as we were out around the house today! My son loved it! We kept the grasshopper for a while in a jar.

Too cool! I'd never seen one that big! He was about 4-5" long. We've had lots of cicada's too! It's like now that it's cooling off- the odd creatures come out! Haha

Haha it allowed me to get 20 mins of tabata in this morning too! I actually had 2 separate guys come up to me today! One said I was really leaning out and the other commented on how I train like a beast! :D So sweet! Made me feel great!!

Hammer strength Machine flat press (1st time trying this machine- weight = loaded lbs per side)
