Today was lake day! Had a blast enjoying family and friends and baking in the sun! The water was still waaaaay too cold to swim in. My fair skin soaked up a little too much sun too! ;P

Oh, I can't wait to get out on the water. We haven't taken the boat out yet this season. The weather is perfect for it today though....

Toronto (Canada).Are you anywhere near Myrtle Beach. Was there for the first time back in October, returning this October.
Not too far just a couple of hours away! I've never actually been to myrtle surprisingly! I am a quaint quiet beach girl myself! Love to just walk along the shoreline for miles and listen to the waves!!

Oh, I can't wait to get out on the water. We haven't taken the boat out yet this season. The weather is perfect for it today though.... Glad you had a blast. That temp will be just right here soon.

Yeah, that's what we do now. We have a friend who has a membership with a local boat club and he invites us along for most of his weekend trips! We just sneak gas money into his bag because he won't take it! Lol We had a boat a few years ago that we shared with another couple but the motor burned up while we were out and they threw in the towel! Haha

Good morning and happy Monday everyone! Started the week off with a great back workout! It was cramping up about halfway through! Felt great though!...unfortunately while doing abs, I think I somehow strained my wrist. It takes my breathe away if I bend it downwards. :-/
Ain't nobody got time for that!!! Lol

Warm up:
Pulldowns (bent bar with handles)
70x12, 85x12

Circuit:
Wide pulldowns 100x12x4
High Rope cable rows 42.5x12, 50x12x2, 57.5x12
Seated cable rows 85x12, 100x12, 120x10, 100x12
Straight arm pulldowns 35x12x2 42.5x12x2

Underhand BB row 75x12, 85x12, 95x12

ISO row 70x12, 80x12, 90x12

ISO high rows 50x12, 55x12x2

Bicep superset:
Straight bar curls 25x12, 30x10x2
High cable curls 12.5x10, 15x8x2

Abs circuit:
Lying leg raises with rev crunch 15x3
Sit ups with feet elevated 12x3
V kickouts 25x3
Weighted ball twists 8x15x3

Going back at lunch for cardio...Oh, guess what?! Hubby wants to join the gym again- hopefully he'll go consistently this time!! If so, I'll be training in the am and again in the evenings with him! Maybe I'll even get my 13 yr old daughter to go with us as well!! :) I hope everyone has an amazing day!!

Thank you!! Haha Ikr! It's so stupid! I don't even know what I did! I was doing kickouts and all of a sudden a sharp pain ran up my arm and I about fell off the bench! Lol I pushed through the rest of the exercises! It's fine as long as I don't bend it! It's only a little swollen so surely it will be fine tomorrow!

Pfft.

It is mostly true though. There are serious guys at the hour I go, but I've noticed if I go later in the morning there are lots of guys just hanging around.

Yeah there is a nice mixture. Most of the ones in the morning are serious but there are a few that could do so much more! I have only witness the ridiculousness in the evenings a couple of times! Big meatheads doing half*** jobs on everything. Lol I enjoy watching and learning!

Got 45 mins of sprints in at lunch...total of almost 1100 calories burned today and man can I tell! I decided to cut out carbs for today so I'm crazy tired now! Haha Even threw in 2 sets of 10 pull-ups and hanging knee raises! :D

Wrist is feeling better though so it must've just been an odd freak thing! Lol
 
Damn thats alot of calories used! You are like the energizer bunny.

Haha I just pretend! I guess it's just from keeping my heart rate so high throughout weight training!

You know your stim sensitivity better than me, I started at one and moved to 2 but I am stim-immune.

If you're fine with Alphamine you can handle a scoop I'm sure

Good morning! Tried out my Enhanced today! Loved it! I was able to go up on several exercises!! I am beat now though! Must've trained hard- I was hungry an hour before meal #2 time! Haha

Triple set:
Ez bar cable pullovers 15x20, 20x20x2
Overhead rope extension 30x12x3
Straight bar pushdown 30x12x3

Sprints 26 mins- ran out of time! Had to get home to get the kids to school!

Happy girl!!--- I had a friend who hasn't been training in the AM for a while stop me this morning and tell me that I've made huge changes since he saw me last! :D Made me smile!

Nice numbers on your lifts. Really like that tri-set at the end... and sprints too boot! Keep it up.
