Today was lake day! Had a blast enjoying family and friends and baking in the sun! The water was still waaaaay too cold to swim in. My fair skin soaked up a little too much sun too! ;P

Oh, I can't wait to get out on the water. We haven't taken the boat out yet this season. The weather is perfect for it today though.... Glad you had a blast. That temp will be just right here soon.

Pfft. It is mostly true though. There are serious guys at the hour I go, but I've noticed if I go later in the morning there are lots of guys just hanging around.

Good morning and happy Monday everyone! Started the week off with a great back workout! It was cramping up about halfway through! Felt great though!...unfortunately while doing abs, I think I somehow strained my wrist. It takes my breathe away if I bend it downwards. :-/

You know your stim sensitivity better than me, I started at one and moved to 2 but I am stim-immune. If you're fine with Alphamine you can handle a scoop I'm sure
