I think sushi's a great bodybuilding food too. You get your protein from the fish, carbs from the rice and good fats from the avocado
I second this. I get sushi atleast 3 times a week. You can put alot of it down and its a great source for most of your protein for the day

Benched 205 today 8X on final set. Still no sides reall except a some testicular atrophy and carb cravings which are normal

Dumbell Pullovers - 65X 12
Pull ups - 8
Close grip pull downs - 135 X 8
1 arm dumbell rows - 65 x 8
Wide grip seated rows - 130 X 8
I have run into a slight problem at gym as I work out in my apartment complex. Overall the gym is great and has good equipment but the dumbells max at 65 so I'm screwed on some dumbell exercises like shrugs.

I got an olympic bar here. It's really tough in NYC man gyms cost a fortune. What I'm gonna do is just use the bar on anything that I need over 65's for or use machines. I know it's not the ideal situation but sometimes you gotta work with what you have.

Your really limited on what you can do. Get online and start finding the cheapest gyms. I know you have alot of hole in the wall places in NY that are cheap. You dont need anything high class or fancy or even with new equipment. You just need a proper amount of weights.
So my work is having a huge party next Friday with an open bar is it really dangerous if I drank while on superdrol? I obviously don't have to but they're doin karaokee which I've never done and am kinda worried about doing it fully sober? I don't wanna kill my liver though any advice? Or thoughts?
Or you could start adding to your home gym. Or start thinking outside the box when it comes to training and utilize different methods of training for results. Just a thought - training doesn't always have to be done in a gym or with weights to be effective.

Actually, whilst on superdrol, you really only want to be smashing weights and not doing anything cardio that may hinder strength and size gains.. Which is the only reason anyone should be using superdrol..

Like Ryan said, you missed the point . . . And FYI, doing cardio does NOT hinfer strength OR size gains if you're eating enough! . . .

with that avatar i bet you do. (sorry test got my libido up, lol)Absolutely! I have never had issues making gains if I want them, and I do more cardio just for Maintenance training than most people do for cutting! :drillsergeant:

Strongly agree. The weights get me pumped but nothing gets my hunger up like a few miles on the treadmill or a few laps in the pool. 30 laps in a 50 meter and i can down two 10oz steaks and 6 eggs after my shake. Its actually kind of disgusting... lol.

Yes the Clomid and Toco 8 is for PCT I also have Estragenex on hand as an AI from Hi Tech Phamaceuticals if I need it. Microdrol was made by a company called bradley asgard but they discountinued it last year. I still have a bottle and the stuff is the bomb.
I'm aware of the dangers of an AI in PCT that's why it's on hand if needed not necessarily as a staple of PCT.

It would be more beneficial to include in your cycle is what it says. Instead of keeping it on hand for later.

no need to include an AI during cycle unless estro-related sides are significant. if estro isnt unmanagable than an AI can affect gains.
