Does anyone see a problem with taking a supplement twice each day which contains 120 mg of Ginkgo Biloba, 15 mg of Vinpocetine and 75 mcg of Huperzine A? I'm hoping this would help with my brain fog and memory issues.
So, in your opinion would a dosage of 120 mg Ginkgo and 15 mg Vinpocetine (taken twice each day) fall within safe dosages? Also, I like the Huperzine A in the formula because I've noticed better results from that than from traditional choline sources (Alpha GPC, CDP Choline, etc.). So, I was thinking about just taking Huperzine A (75 mcg twice each day) and Acetyl L-Carnitine (1-2g per day) instead. Have you noticed if Bacopa improves your mood too? That's one of the reasons I might add Rhodiola (or St John's Wort...maybe both) is because I read it has mood and energy boosting results.
Well, personally I like to experiment with single ingredients to get a feel of how they work for me ( I seem to be pretty sensitive to many herbs). Over the years I have learned to steer away from blends because one size does not fit all in terms of effective dose..particularly with noot type supplements. That blend you posted might be awesome..or it might be insomnia in a bottle. Can't tell until you try.
is there any noot out there which could really be felt? i tried some and didnt feel a thing. biggest disappointment was the alpha gps/aniracetam combo. had zero effects for me

OP, are you using fish oil?
What if you forget to take it?

I previously tried Focus XT for a few months. While it definitely helped a lot with mood, focus and energy, it didn't seem to help me with the brain fog or memory issues.
Taken daily? And always take noots prior to situations that require using your recall and memory.
Demiurge or other racetams might be another option
Focus XT stim free + enhanced would be an awesome combo

Has anybody ever tried the enhanced+FXT combo? Is it as amazing as it sounds?
Daily for three months before work. After that I tried it (or another choline source) with various nootropics (oxiracetam, aniracetam, noopept, phenylracetam, picamilon, extra alcar, etc). The best combinaion was by far focus xt with picamilon.
Does anyone know if it's safe to take Huperzine A daily (200-300 mcg/day) on a long-term basis? I've found some sources that recommend cycling it and others that say it's okay for long-term daily use. I'm hoping someone on here has more experience with its use and maybe provide insight on the potential ramifications of long-term daily use.

Just in general, it's a safe bet to err on the side of caution and cycle all supplements taken.
This.
Some can be taken for the majority of the year, but all supplements should be cycled at some point.
