i'm going to reply with this to muilple questions so here goes.best fat for bulk:x-factor(aa)and alvacodes.cutting:olive oil and palm oil.
where do you come from?:georgia,cal,mexico.
what do you think of AB training?:???????????
EAA or BCAAS?: BCAAS(lec.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)can forget the other two and as EAA can forget about this as well if you eat enought protiens.remember lec.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't know what the heck 'x-factor' is, but i know it ain't food, homie. and palm oil, i don't know anyone who goes out of their way to exclusively find palm oil, and there must be reason for that. i mean, it's not bad, but it's prolly not good.

the right answer would have been, james, monounsaturated fats/saturated fats (these in moderation, of course), as they help to faciliatate testosterone production. foods rich in this are olive oils, lean red meats, among nuts-almonds, and milkfats to name a few. yes, i even eat these things when trying to lose weight.

there ya go, guru. hope that helped.

lec=l-leucine
x-factor a supplement(not a food true),palm oil for it's ucp upregulateing properties,x-factor=red meat,( anabolic fat )if you demand food sources only.olive oil and palm oil for cutting.avocados are great for bulking because they have both fat and carbs(terrible for cutting)also very calorie dense.

Don't you dare correct the Guru. He's the Guru for a reason, infidel.

Yo guru, not to go off on a complete tangent but I had a thought earlier today and I figure I'd ask it here.

Generally the body can only absorb somewhere between 30 and 50 grams of protien per meal. How many grams of carbs and fat can the body absorb per meal? Anyone can jump on this one too if you want. I'm just curious is all.

The body needs ALL the amino acids to build muscle, not just (3) BCAAs. Leucine seems to have science to back up its abilities to stop catabolism, but you aren't going to be building muscle off of mega-dosing leucine. Why you would pay for just one exclusively when you can get all of them in an EAA powder is beyond me.

However I find it more beneficial for your overall health to just take EAA instead of BCAAs.

The other EAA's aren't used to the degree that the BCAA's are, to build muscle. Plus, a normal diet probably has all the normal EAA's it needs to build muscle, but not necessarily as many BCAA's as it could use.

It's just likely that the EAA's other than the 3 BCAA's are already in the diet in sufficient amounts to build muscle than are the actual BCAA's which are used most.

Now, enough of our opinions, let's get back to the Guru's!

I love this thread. It goes from mass amount of flaming to people trying to take this thread as a serious Q&A session. lmao

Long Live Guru

XF (aka arachidonic acid) is in many foods such as egg yolks and beef.

in this i fear i agree with camel,BCAAS(l-Leucine most importantly)are the aminos that the body could stand supplemention(along with glutamine)from.if your going to spend money on EAAs why not just buy a can of tuna?it has those same aminos at a much cheaper price.

the nutra version has 4.5g or 4,500mg of leucine in it per serving. It also has other amino acids in it as well. It is slightly more expensive vs. the BCAAs, however, I feel that the extra cost is worth getting the extra amino acids.

This is just my own personal opinion.

I'm not sure how many grams of leucine the nutra bulk has in their BCAAs, but the EAAs in the nutra bulk is sufficient.

Plus the phenylalanine helps keep me from going Tom Cruise (psycho).

Go to a friends house with High Speed and upload it from a thumb drive. Either that or go to a library(that big building with all the books in it and electronic boxes(computers).

Let's try to keep the serious notes to a minimum in this thread, plx. All parts of his body are godly.

i was typing something to the guru when my lady walked by the computer, looked at the screen, and saw the guru. now she wants me to grow my hair like his and work harder on my physique. thanks a lot for being so badass guru! now i have an impossible task!

carbs per meal-75-250 grams(depend on idv.,,,if their taking roids,enzymes ect.,protien probably 30-50 natural,100-150 roids,enzymes.fats probably 25-50 grams.

I would say the total carbohydrate level per meal would be more dependant on goals and bodily insulin sensitivity rather than supplement use (although I can see where you are coming from as far as higher carb use while on a hormonal product). I personally will take in anywhere from 50-175 grams of carbs (and obviously have not used anything hormonal to date) depending on my goals and level of activity for the day.

OFF TOPIC: guru, what's your take on scientology and tom cruise in general?

i'll tell you my opinion on that. i would have to say that it is, of course, a ploy on the behalf of the creator of said belief to make money. it's a crazy idea with no legitimate proof. one could say that of all religions, but at least there is definitive evidence that some places/people of yesteryear even existed, as opposed to that shlt.

tom cruise. i think he's getting a bad image put on him. granted, he is a follower of that foolishness, and he did assault Oprah, but he is being shat on bigtime. i kind of feel bad for the guy. like when that reporter splashed him in the face---he was civil with that guy. i would have flicked a booger at him and called him an arsehole. tom cruise simply let him know what he had done was rude. nice guy in my opinion, and he manages to hold his composure, in spite of knowing that the entire world now thinks of what was once a great actor (him), as a joke. that's a lot to bear.

oh yeah, speaking of the world. did you know that this whole 'planet' is really the guru's scr*tum? you can't tell from the pictures, but it is. we're all just walking/driving around on it. he screams every time a bomb is dropped on it.:aargh:

p.s.- all my awesome mods, please don't infract me for that! it's the truth!
