Help with HCG or Supplement Route

I am beggining a cycle of 400 EQ wk,150 NPP E3D, 100 Prop EOD for 10 weeks. I have read I should take AI during this cycle and after. I have done 500 Of HCG twice a week for pct before but I have heard there are supplement that work as well. Any suggestions??

You don't need an AI, only if your estrogen gets outta control. Don't think you will need one with that cycle.

You shouldn't use HCG for PCT. use it on cycle.

For PCT, do this:

Nolva
20/20/10/10/10/10
DAA
3g/3g/3g/3g/3g
Reduce XT (cortisol control)
