I just wanted to elaborate on why I never use all that much protein. I have experimented with daily dosages as much as 400g/day and when I compared the muscle i gained when while taking 150-200g/day it wasnt overtly noticable. I made these comparisons both while running a 5X5 routine over the course of several months. I always thought if you bought a high quality protein with high absorbtion rates and took at most anabolic times it would be sufficient to dose lower than standard on protein. I realize that when taking a PH/PS protein synthesis is increased but I fall back on my original point. I will for the sake of the log increase my protein intake to 250-300g/day. I know alot of people are mostly against this position as there was a thread about this very topic not to long ago, but like I said it is what has worked for me.

I know what you mean. I do what works for me, ive done a little expirementing and the only thing i noticed was that i was on the $hitt@r more. So i think i was just wasting it. It depends on the day and what muscle im lifting for me to determine how much protein. i try to keep it about the same but that usually dosent happen.

I fully understand as this is most people position, "more is always better". I just try and look at the quality of the protein and decided. If I was taking some shitty protein I would definatley up the amount, but with the high grade stuff available to each his own.....

The liquidrone is giving me a very good sense of well being. I am confident and have that slight edge in my step. My diet today was ok, only got in 4 good meals, but they were all healthy and did my 60min cardio. Todays macros were approximately 250g protein(200 from shakes 50 from chicken), 25g fat(olive oil mixed in with protein shakes) and 300g carbs(spagetti and oatmeal). I am not sore today as I was expecting, not even in my legs which were worked hard. I was taking 1-carboxy before the liquidrone and it also helped with recovery, so now I believe it is the liquidrone that speeds recovery. Maybe one day I could run both,:bandit: Tomorrows workout is mostly deads and squats and I am already salavating to kill some reps out.

And your throwing alot of weight around in a days workout, youre doing good bud. And i know what you mean about the confidence, i got it too. And maybe instead of taking 150g protein at once, try to spread it out. You might have done that, i dont know. just my 2 cents. Keep it up bud!

yeah i first threw back 75g then took a nap then another 75g. Felt much better after the nap and was ready to go back to the gym for another beating. dont know what drives us to want all the pain we get from the gym but i never want to lose it......
 
sorry i didnt get to post my diet macros last night, i got in late. Was at a party and ate a truck load of brisket, chicken and ribs. Yesterday I got 250g protein from shakes and another 100 or so from food. Carbs were really high to as I had a about 200g worth of spaghetti and anothe 200g potatoes. Fat was still constant as I add olive oil to my shakes, so it was 35g. After my last workout I needed to engourge myself in food to try and recover. Im not sore at all today and feel great. I also have been experiencing an interesting side effect. My dreams have been really "aggressive" lately. I mean I am in situations were I am beating the **** out of people too being in situations were I am just a complete jerk to people. These dreams are just random, but I wanted to see if any other loggers were experiencing this......In the gym I feel very focused and I get mad at the weights when I feel I cant go on, this helps me push through the rough spots.
 
Sorry for the late post it was my wifes birthday today and in her kind heart she even let me hit the gym before the party. Blew through todays workout, I guess it was a light day. Today was filled with barbecue and evrything that goes with it. I got down 315g protein, 300g carbs and 50g olive oil. I am sure the liquidrone has kicked in because of how easy todays workout was and even during hard reps I kept perfect form. Usually when I get hard reps my form breaks alittle but not anymore, the strength just keeps coming. Here what I did today:

Bench: 135x7, 151x6, 165x5, 178 4x1, 192 3x2, 206 2x2, 178x4, 165x6, 151x8, 135x10
flies: 40 10x5
squat: 182 5x1, 219 4x2, 255 3x2, 273 3x5
good morn: 135 5x5
no cardio today(suck)
 
energy: 4/5- very confident and feel I can take on the day
focus: 5/5- brain is working on overdrive, i am extremly focused
stamina: 5/5- workouts kill me but I always finish strong
libido: 5/5- still hard and ready to go at drop of a hat
 
Well boys, I must say I made the gym my bitch today, had her totally under control. The weights were light, form was perfect, stamina was never ending and alpha male feeling was on full blast. Liquidrone I will say has fully kicked in and already earned my respect, AMS you developed a great product. Here what I threw down today:

Squat: 185x5, 225 4x2, 255 3x2, 292 2x5
Bench: 135x5, 165x4, 192 2x3, 225 2x6
flies: 45 10x5
pushups: 10x5
good morn: 175 5x5
30min cardio

Got home took in 80g carbs and 75g protein w/30g olive oil. Will post the rest of the diet for today tonight. Up to know I already have 150g carbs, 150g protein and 50g fats.
 
Man I love my father-in-law. Every time me and the wife go over there we get a great meal. I myself ate a full plate of mashed potatoes, 2 2" pork steaks and veggies. My diet today was very solid. Lots of soild protein from food today. Todays macros ended up 275g protein, 250g carbs, 25g fat. I am still grinning from todays workout and honestly wish I could workout tomorrow as well, but I will of course stick to Sheiko schedual. Myh dosing schedual has been very consistant and always corresponds to my workouts. I always make sure I am in the 4hr range of the half life when I workout, find I feel best this way.People are already saying I am looking bigger and more defined. I am not even working abs/or arms and they are progressing.
 
You must have a very understanding grrl...mine would let me, i dont love her when i pull things like that, but i only do on cycle so she gets over when we hit the bed room with all the increased test/libido.lol
 
I was not feeling so hot today, and it was all my fault. I woke up late and wasnt able to get down any breakfast. Then I was at school from 7AM till 345. Then I had to go do some yard work for my mom where I didnt have access to my protein and all I had was soup. Got home at 6 and was feeling fluish, just from lack of diet today I think. I managed to get down 100g protein, 200g carbs, 30g fat. I am not happy about today, but am craving hitting the weights tomorrow. Tomorrow is a light school day so no diet problems should arise.
 
Started the day off right today with a big breakfast. Oatmeal, eggs, protein shake, bread. Felt really energetic all day and felt strong, and even stronger after I left the gym. Weights were light, focus was good, strength/stamina was awesome. Heres how it went down:

rack deads: 225 5x6
bench: 135 5x1, 165 5x2, 192 4x5
db flies: 45 10x5
deads: 225 5x6
narrow squat: 225 5x6

Liquidrone is giving me all the effects of a preworkout supp, recovery formula, and of cousre mass and strength. I had thought I still might need a preworkout supp like the JP8 I was taking, but it turns out i didnt. Everybody I see keeps telling me how good I am looking and big as well, love hearing that.
 
Thanks Royd, looks like a serious day on paper but it was more like a day in the park. Diet was perfect today. Had a variety of oats, veggies, rice, chicken, pork, protein shakes. Macros were 300g protein, 45g fat, 250g carbs. Well just to update on my weight gain, as of this morning I am up 6lbs coupled with a shrinking stomach......gotta love it.

Energy: no lethargy, exactly the opposite. I am full of energy all day and especially in the gym. Although when I hit the weights the energy changes into a force of pure strength.
Strength: strength is up as I can tell by the stamina I have. Sheiko isnt exactly a hurry up and hit heavy weights, it is high volume. The volume isnt affecting me at all and thats how I can tell I am getting stronge.
Libido: still getting up every morning and any other moment in the day
Concentration/attitude: ALPHA MALE, all i can say.
Recovery: I have not been sore a single day since starting Liquidrone. Even an hour after I leave the gym I am ready to go back. I wish I could live in the gym sometimes.....
 
i agree with you on some things...

not lethargic at all, still get solid boners...haha..., decent gains in strength, but i am still getting sore.....maybe your not working hard enough ;-)

Thats what im thinking....:laugh: jk. Youre doin great bud, and throwin up some major weight every workout. You said you gained 6lbs? i dont think i have gained any but a lb or 2. but im eating a lil different.

Had a great day today,was a short day at school and I finally got to take those beloved afternoon naps. Today was on off day and I slacked on cardio, I know but Ill make it up tomorrow. Here are todays macros, I know there a little low but it was an uneventful day.

200g protein, 200g carbs, 35g fat

Abs are still looking good with no training and arms are feeling rock solid. I tried in one of the other testers thread to get the AMS reps to give us 1 more bottle for those who want to try and run it a little longer, so lets all give them a hard time. Just for fun of course.

With all the weight youre lifting i would have added cissus durin. I like that stuff. i need some myself! And a lil early for pct, you think?
 
You bet I took before pics there on the 1st or 2nd page. Just wanted to let you guys no that I plan on lower my carb intake by a 1/4 to a 1/2 to try and lean out some more. I will do this by timing my carb intake more to around workout and after and try to lay off some during other parts of the day. Will post todays workout tonight when I get home, it was a good one....

Wanted to let you guys know I am making a small change to my Sheiko routine. Nothing major, just adding about 10-20lbs on all calculated lifts to make up for the strength gains I have been making thanks to liquidrone. Probably should have been doing this from the start, but better late than never. Macros today will end at 200g protein, 150g carbs, 40g fat.
 
Fu#k me. Todays squat workout was a killer, I added between 10-20lbs on all the calculated lifts for squat/bench. Still felt strong but I was struggling with some of those reps. After my last rep of the day I started back home and about halfway, felt like doing it all over again, liquidrone really increases drive like nothing else. Here is how it went today:

squat: 192 5x1, 235 4x2, 295 3x2, 315 3x5(messed up on these because the 295 i did was supposed to be 265, thats what fried my legs.)
bench: 147 5x1, 175 4x1, 202 3x2, 245 3x5
flies: 50lbs 10x5
pushups: 10x5
squat: 192 5x1, 235 5x1, 265 5x5
good morn: 185 5x5
 
Oh and here is something you can flame me for. Unknowingly to my sometimes scatterbrained mind, I have been squatting SUMO style. I made the change to a wider stance last year, and started doing sumo's on my light days. Well as it turns out I got stuck doing sumo's and just realized it today. Dont ask how I couldnt tell, youd have to know me. Anyways I am hoping now that I have noticed this my new max squat at the end of the cycle will more closely represent my true max, with the slightly narrower stance than sumo.
 
Well considering yesterdays mix up on weights on my squat workout yesterday I thought I would be sore as hell, but once again I am not. In fact I feel the exact opposite, my legs feel like doing it all over again. Liquidrone and recovery for me is going very well.
 
Today was pretty uneventful. Got a lot of rest and ate a ton of veggies to clean out my gut. Just to add a little sexyness to this thread and mad props to Liquidrone, I have added in 2.25 wks time 2" to my chest. I dont know about you guys but that is pretty amazing in my book. I didnt even workout out today, so there was no pump effect. Peace.........

yep. recovery is instant on this beast. that's why its so important to push yourself - DOMS will not be a good indicator :) sounds like you're doing great so far.
 
Man today was tough, I added about 20lbs to all calculated lifts and also additional weights on accessory lifts, made for a tough workout. Still doing the low carb thing and its working ok, a little less kick in the gym, but still no problem getting thru workouts. Here how it went today.

My right shoulder started giving me problems on bench today, so I can home and iced it down and rubbed on it for a while. Ive had this problem in the past and it usually goes away after a week. I have not had one single negative side from liquidrone and the only thing I am worried about is when the cycle ends. Because I know Ill want to do another cycle and Liquidrone has spoiled me. Lean gains from this product are great, I havent got the vascularity becasue I am still to high in body fat, but when I run it again somewhere down the line I will be vascular as hell.

20lbs is pretty darn good addition in your sheiko training, youre throwin alot more weight around. Keep pushin yourself, dont settle...

Also i have the same problem occassionally on chest day. I mean it can be alot of things, bad form, might need to do some more streching, or just a screwed up shoulder.

And im with you about doin another cycle of this, my intensity and focus, are great and recovery and strength. Wish we could just have more right now! Maybe take it three times a day? Or somethin...
 
We have a logger on another forum who is using 3ml's/day. He just started though so I dont have a lot of feedback from him just yet. Having said that if you take 3ml's it runs out earlier. :)
