Just wanted to come by and say hello to all you muscleheads
I took a year off after my son was born and now im ready to get back into the groove...How the hell is everyone?

I can tell ya this I put on about 15-20 pounds and ate way too many of these :burger:

No worries on the cutting front. There's all sorts of new goodies out now that make cutting almost painless.

Good to see you guys are still here, you remember that Bio all that Yohimbe and ephedra,im just using basic common sense this time around nothing extreme (YET)...LOL
 
Welcome back, I too have been on a bit of a "hiatus" but I am getting back into things, yer lucky that you only put on 15 lbs! Good to see ya back (mad)man. :)
