JH,

What weight increase have you seen so far?

Have you had any issues with leg cramps, or any muscle cramps in general? You mentioned some back pain.... I was wondering if you had pain / cramping anywhere else.

How's your body temperature? Have you taken it? Sometimes when I take supplements that increase my output, my body temp goes up a little.

Any changes in skin.... redness, dryness? Anything?

Thanks,

-TT

About 12 pounds so far in total body weight.

No cramps at all. The back pain hasn't been in the form of a cramp but just muscle pain.

I haven't taken my tempurature but I have noticed a increase in sweating.

Skin hasn't really changed in any noticable amounts. My skin is naturally dry this time of year and that hasn't got any worse.

you still doing 10grams of cissus ED?

Havoc looking good IYO?

i cant find it but it looks like a OTC oral that actually might be worth picking up. Epistane is the same and that is being put out so id like to get your opinion. If its like M1t with less sides then.....well you know lol.

5 grams cissus ED and I do really like Havoc, PP. As i've said before if my bloodowrk pans out i'll be using this again.

One of the initial benefit reported from some of the testers of Poseidon was improved skin tone...this can be attributed to many of the different ways Poseidon works with your body...but I don't have any hard data to support this. I have noticed a big improvement in the texture of my skin but didn't think much of it until others began reporting similar results.

That said, I would be curious to see if you notice anything with regard to skin tone Jayhawkk. I have many people who are involved in modeling asking me about this...Never thought it would be a benefit I would be discussing here with a much of bodybuilders but hey....WHAT THE HECK:pose:

I'll pay extra attention and see what I notice. Honestly I wasn't even looking at skin changes but our water up here is very hard.

BTW for anyone who doesn't remember who Workin2005 is, he is here:

The scary part (meaning I am jealous as heck of this guy :)) is this is actually how he looks in person no photoshop done that I can tell. The photo makes him look sort of short but actually he is 6' or taller :frustrate

Which one?

JH,

Any idea how 5 g of Cissus equates to how many caps of USP's Supercissus?

Are you taking Cissus for it's anabolic properties, or just for joint support?

PP? I see PP and think Phereplex... please clarify.

Thanks,

-TT

Update coming tonight. I can say that I stopped Poseidon after my last workout and on tonights workout on consuming the same water I cramped up badly.

:woohoo:

Sorryfor the late update guys. A lot of stuff going on professionally and personally that my free time was at a minimum....

Havoc

Strength- Strength went through the roof but I was smart not to push it to the limits like i've done in the past and risk injury.

Stamina- I have a very low endurance/stamina from start and I did notice a bit more in the gym but nothing huge.

Size- lots of size in the areas I worked the hardest.

Bloat- None

Temperment- I was actually very mild for the most part. With all the crap going on in my life at the moment I could of easily came unglued at any time and I didn't.

Libido- No change up or down.

Hair Loss- Thinning of my hair around the crown of my head and slight moving back of the hair line as well. I already suffer MPB.

Misc sides and effects- I Know my blood pressure was up, so that is something to keep an eye on. I gained a lot of weight and I get fat in my obliques very easily and I gained a good bit there. Not much in the extremities. No stomach issues that I can associate with Havoc. At the end of week 4 I was experiencing headaches a good bit of the time but I honestly can't say why this was. It could of just been a by-product of stress.

Overall- This is what seems to be a very potent product with some apparent sides(visual). Strength seems to go up faster than size gets added on but it wasn't far behind in that area. I should have bloodwork results back next week.

Poseidon

Taste- Tastes great! I mean it really tastes good. Something you could add to your container of water and drink all day.

Mixability- You see a lot of people who claim instantanious mixtures but it comes no where close. This stuff vaporizes in the water.

Performance/Effects- You feel really refreshed and hydrated once you get a few servings in you. It adds to the effect of the pump in the gym as well as lowers to eliminates the cramping while even lowering your water intake. This was evident when I ceased taking it and the day after I cramped up badly in the gym. Just the anti-cramping features alone will make me buy this product again...and again.

Cissus

Taste- Straight up funky. Cap this **** that's what I did :)

Mixability- Mixes okay but you have to work at it.

Effect- Bad shoulder pains from going heavier than I should have in the past were gone about 2.5 weeks in. I went a couple of days without taking it and the pain didin't come back. My lower back was still bothering me but that's still being discussed with doctors and they htink it may be nerve/muscle and not skeletal. My joints in my fingers were also less swollen and ached a whole lot less. Good product but I suggest buying the cap-m-quik kit to make life easier :)

JH,

Did you just start taking the Cissus in December.
It takes me about a month to notice any joint related effects / benefits.

Thanks for the update Jayhawkk! Glad to hear you had such good results!

I want to be clear on the taste...Jayhawkk received a beta version that was flavored. We decided NOT to flavor our final version for a number of reasons, but the 2 main ones were:

1. Many people don't like artificial colors and sweeteners. Poseidon's final version is 100% natural with ZERO artificial anything.
2. The final version has absolutely NO taste what so ever making it very versatile and easy to add to any type of beverage you choose, without changing the flavor. I drink mine in Water and it tastes like....yep, you guessed it, WATER ;-)

I will say that if you add it to water, you will notice it gives it a "Red tint". This is due to the MB-12...NOT any type of artificial coloring.

I'm assuming that your discription means you would describe the "Mix-ability" of Poseidon as.... "Excellent"? I swear this stuff is amazing...disolves as soon as it hits liquid!

I get too excited talking about Poseidon, lol... Time for a jog :run:

I think several of these products worked very well together making the effects more pronounced and faster acting.
Actually a big benefit to Poseidon is its ability to enhance the effects of other supplements...

Ok, I'm really going for a run this time...

Can you expand on what MB-12 stands for :)

CROWLER
Sure, but only because it's you Crowler! lol!

MB-12 stands for, "Methylcobalamin". Its the only active form of B-12 in the Central Nervious System...

Here is an interesting article by LEF Magazine on Methylcobalamin:

Japanese scientists have identified a form of vitamin B12 that protects against neurological disease and aging by a unique mechanism that differs from current therapies. Some of the disorders that may be preventable or treatable with this natural vitamin therapy, called methylcobalamin, include Parkinson's disease, peripheral neuropathies, Alzheimer's disease, muscular dystrophy and, neurological aging. Americans have immediate access to this form of vitamin B12, and unlike prescription drugs, it is free of side effects.

Vitamin B12 is a general label for a group of essential biological compounds known as cobalamins. The cobalamins are structurally related to hemoglobin in the blood, and a deficiency of vitamin B12 can cause anemia. The primary concern of conventional doctors is to maintain adequate cobalamin status to protect against anemia. The most common form of vitamin B12 is called cyanocobalamin.
However, over the last 10 years, a number of central and peripheral neurological diseases have been related to a deficiency of a very specific cobalamin, the methylcobalamin form, that is required to protect against neurological diseases and aging. The liver converts a small amount of cyanocobalamin into methylcobalamin within the body, but larger amounts of methylcobalamin are necessary to correct neurological defects and protect against aging.

Published studies show that regular doses of methylcobalamin are needed to regenerate neurons, as well as the myelin sheath that protects axons and peripheral nerves.

I hope that helps ;-)

MB-12 is Methylcobalamin or Methyl B12. It is the methylated version of Vitamin B-12. It is the B-12 that Cyanocobalamin is ultimately converted to in the liver. Here is a link to an article on our site that gives some of the benefits.

Ha, of course that's what you want us to believe. No more propaganda! The peoples demand the truth of this new alien technology you've employed! (J/K) I guess I love a good conspiracy theory. :p

Standard protocal for your average AS cycle. I won't go into specifics for personal reasons. I'm currently down 7 pounds with pretty much the only changes in my waist line. I cleaned up my diet a bit after coming off as well. Strength is still up and my arms/neck/chest are still sitting about the same in size.

Still waiting on my bloodwork results. They were supposed to be back yesterday so I need to give the doc a call today and figure out the hold up.

I already reordered to plan for my next cycle in about 3-4 months. This stuff is good.

Yep, pizza is out but I did order some healthy cheat foods for when I need to get my gub on!

JH,

Are you going to post "final" measurements now, or wait until after post cycle therapy?

Waiting for PCT so I can see what I kept. I do have end of cycle numbers i'll post then as well.

Hmmm, comparions based off what i've used. I consider it a drier version of M1T with simliar sides yet not as pronounced in similar doses.
