I highly doubt you will find someone on here who gets "trashed" on cycle. Maybe a glass of wine or a beer, but nothing too crazy.
dont be so naive
There was a programme on the BBC recently that measured the biological age of several organs in the body , brain , skin and liver .of a 22 year old 3rd rate female celeb that loved to party almost every night of the week.
On doing a scan . the brain was actually that of a 64 year old , the skin that of a 35 year old but the liver had totally been unaffected by the excessive drinking and was in line with her actual age.
After several weeks of non drinking alcohol , the age of the various organs started to recede , further tests were carried out, but the liver was never measured again because there was no need to.
Taking methylatedsteroids can cause liver enzymes to rise but even though they rise, blood work could show that they are within the parameters set,and after several weeks of cessation of steroids , levels fall as far as i understand .
So you could argue that although im taking meth steroids , drinking alcohol is not likely to raise liver enzymes further and the amount of alcohol drunk i would assume would not be on the scale of a bottle of wine ; several vodka shots every night of the week.
The doctor associated with this programme said that with the liver , there is no in between.its working or its not working. The problem is no one knows for how long you can put it under stress and abuse it before trouble starts.
so what your saying is that since one high risk activity didnt raise liver enzymes far enough to be harmful that it would be okay to compound the effects by adding in other high risk activities?
I have found that an occasional weekly/monthly beer (most likely consumed due to social pressures, work functions, etc) has no "perceivable" effect while on cycle in relation to weight or strength gains or general mind/body feelings. However, on one rare occasion (a wedding) I found myself having 4 drinks. Knowing this was a possibility, I loaded liver support (beyond normal support levels) and water the day before and of the wedding. The day after I had the worst hangover of my life. Naseous for at least 8 hours and was not feeling "right" until 48-72 hors later. I am 200lb and under normal (non-cycle) circumstances, 4 drinks, although a lot, would not phase me the next day. I am forced to assume that this was my body screaming at me to not mix AAS and alcohol.
