Regardless of how Biotiva is reacting to their competition, shouldn't this thread focus on vida reassuring us that their product is 100% accurate for the label claims? The communication from vida has been underwhelming.

That said I'll be buying a 3 month supply once I'm convinced

Is that 30mg of zinc per cap?? Because Bioforge has like 8mg per cap...

Just checking, Im gathering its 30mg of a certain form, but actually less ..?

i think that at the moment, people are more interested in getting answers from the manufacturer than the levels of zinc in the product (this is not questioning whether there are certain brands of ingredients included, but jsut a response in general).

It's zinc citrate. So it's not 30mg of elemental zinc. Most likely the exact same amount as Bioforge (8mg) ;)

I emailed them on saturday directly for that free cash code, and yesterday and so far no response. I used their customer form on their website contacted them this morning to and nothing yet.

So far their service is un-impressive and un-responsible.

I cannot comment on the company itself or its customer service, only that the product was manufactured and infact meets label claims.

Edit - After speaking further with Feel The Burn, seems Vida is legit. Now their customer service might need some more attention but their product is legit. Think I may order some now.

If there is any problems with your order you just file a paypal claim. Pretty safe bet in case they lack in their service department.

Ive seen this often where companies lag in communication, but they take care of all their product once money comes in.

Yes, its free priority mail shipping in general (not that I expect in anytime soon, lol), but the $10 off for certainly a welcoming surprise. Must be a error on their part but Ill take it.

I think the free shipping is just on the 3 month supply. tried it on the 30 day one and it was ~7$ I think
