HAN SWOLO FAQ-

Sorry to bump, I just got my first order of Han Swolo in the post (along with Androgin).
So basically, I can't stack this with Hemavol or anything like that? Would it be okay to stack with Beets?
You can take solo, or stack. Just assess how you feel stacking, and taking solo.
 
Thanks Thor. I just saw stacking with Citrulline or Agmatine was a bit iffy, so wasn't sure. I'll run solo first...

Give solo a shot and add from there.

I've been doing 2 scoops of vasoblitz, 5 grams of creatine 30 minutes prior to lifting. Then Han Swolo 30 minutes after I start lifting. So I'm not overwhelming my body with vasodilators all at once fwiw

Honestly its just a waste. Youll get plenty of vasodilation from Han swolo. too much vasodilation and you feel flat, tired, dizzy. Can even cause heart palpitations and arrhythmia at a point.
Instead of adding more vasodilation add some glycerpump, beta alanine, creatine.

nice, got that pandemic home squat rack so i lift twice a day a lot.

The thing i notice on the bottle is the quercetin, which seems this could accentuate other supplements taken at the same time?

Yes, it may enhance absorption of whatever else you are taking.

4 hours later and still carrying a pump.
Obviously early days (Day 1) but got a ridiculous pump from a dips, chins and rope pulls warm up set.

Forskolin is good for asthma as well. Han Swolo will treat you nicely!

So its quercetin-niacin co crystals. Quercetin has about a 1% oral bioavailability meaning if you consume 400mg youll maybe get 4mg. Bonding it to niacin increases bioavailability to between 40-70%. So from 10mg you get at least as much at 400 regular quercetin. Quercetin is a great vasodilator its just not widely used because its never effective due to the previously mentioned bioavailability issues. Niacin is also a good vasodilator. They may help you absorb some of the other ingredients but this is for sure an active not a passive ingredient in the formula.

Love it. The pump seems to last a good while.

Would you bother taking this on non workout days?
It is slightly anabolic. Not like Androgin but still is anabolic active.
Totally up to you. It also is great for vascular system health overall.
 
Han Swolo makes me vascular for most of the day
On pump days I get jacked as f_uck from Han Swolo. Vascularity thru the roof. I know Brundel doesn't recommend other vasodilators but I've tried Han Swolo with and without vasoblitz, I blow up with the combo, not so much without it, just my 2 cents. No disrespect to the big guy

Only took me my whole life to figure it out. I do it mostly with MMC squat/deadlift. Hip thrusts seem to be the easiest glute isolation. See Bret Contreras on YouTube for more comprehensive glute lifting strats

Hip thrusts will get you...so will supersetting with lateral squat walks with the hip circle or “booty bands”

Maybe that's why I don't have a butt !!

All you really need is a rockin butt, and the world is at your fingertips these days. It’s just the way it is..

Loving Han Swolo, really am, but my workouts are usually 7am before I go to work, (Have my own home/barn gym) and basically I used to wake up at 0530, stumble into the kitchen, try to find my own mouth and shove 2xGlycophase or Slin Max in there, wait 15/20 mins and then have a shake consisting of 50g carbs, hemavol, glycerol or Vaso 6 and then go workout about 45 mins later.
So the question is, while obviously dropping the Hemavol and Vaso6, would it be worthwhile taking the GDA and Carbs with the Swolo?

Yes, absolutely would still be worthwhile to take carbs and a GDA with it. You'll only get a better pump.
 
I haven't tried two caps, but this lasts basically all day. I got my GF to try it and her hands/feet weren't cold all day. Really enjoying the swolo duration
Tried 2 pre one time, because Rocket3015 did when he logged it. Almost too much, a little light-headed. Wolfed down a protein bar. Felt better. Amazing pump though

Basically, my PWO has been Man Sports' PR-XT (Anacyclus), Glycophase (containing 500mg Agmatine), 50g Carbs, Cacao and Swolo. I had no idea that Anacyclus was a potent vasodilator, and maybe along with Agmatine in the GDA and the Han Swolo, it seems I've bitten off more than I can chew. I feel a bit ironed out throughout the day whereas I'm usually a ball of energy.
Also running K1ngs Blood and Rebirth on a natty PCT for at least the next 3 weeks anyway, so probably should drop either the PR-XT and the GDA, or the Swolo? Any thoughts?

The pumps are just intense.
I have really been testing the limits of this stuff and I have found that when everything is right its like nothing else I have used.
1. You need to be well hydrated. I make sure I have at least a liter or 2 of water through me that day before I train.
2. Sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium all need to be topped off.
3. Glutamine. 20g glutamine a day seems to make a difference with pump overall. Not just with Han swolo but in general.
4. Carbs, no carb no pump. I find that when I have had a good cheat the night before and filled out my glucose stores my pumps are much better.

Han Swolo works great regardless but making sure your body is primed for a pump makes a difference.

Any ideas as to what could be causing the stuffy nose or how I can relieve it when taking this? I tried it as a standalone and it still happened.

I havnt had any issues with a stuffy nose while taking It. Im not sure what would alleviate that symptom.
 
I have seen those things go away with continued use.
