Half Down For Program?

I am a student full time right now and have very little money but want to start a routine with Bobo because I am fustrated with losing more muscle than fat during cutting and gaining more fat than muscle while bulking. I was wondering if I can put half down and make payments or the half a little later. I want to start this now but could only afford about half right now.
