I have a rather difficult question to ask about Nolva (or tamoxifen).
I saw that the half-life was 5-7 days and 15 days in total to exit the system and for he metabolites, they can get away last 1-3 months.
What interests me, and to understand, if during the first intake, the half-life (and its total discharge), his effects (its work) remain stay at 100% until leaving the body.
To explain (or illustrate) this, I use the example of a 100% charged phone.
The day you take Nolva it is 100% Like a phone charged to 100%
Later, the phone will increase to 50%, but it can still work fully, such as making calls, going to the web, listening to music, etc. It will no longer do it at 0%
And I was wondering if it was the same with Nolva, although at 75.50% in the body it was working while fully working in the body? And everything stopped it when i was at 0% in the body?
Or am I wrong and 50 half-life = 50% working? (30% = 30% operation.. Clearance... etc))
