I did the entire workout in 30-40 minutes, which included abs and calves. I WAS FLYING!

Pretty great feeling going on right now. Weights are increasing every time in the gym. Diet is dialed in. Time to get back into form.

Well, workout was low rep, so the endurance factor wasn't huge, but it really helped for PWO cardio.

All is still going well. I've got legs tomorrow, which means I get to see how far my squat has come. Should be FUN!

Well, the workout was great, but it feels like everything else in my life has taken a turn for the worse. My girlfriend of 3 years said she wants to take a break. I've been her only serious boyfriend and she is uneasy about that. I don't know how girls think, but she wants to take a break to see if I am the right person for her. To be honest, I pretty down right now. I really do love that girl, but if she isn't 100% into the relationship, then I am not going to force her to be with me. I only hope that she finds out I am right for her. Until then, the gym will become even more important to me, as its the only stable thing I've got right now.

Training

I am now training with Buffhunk (from AM), as I really wanted to get some more focus on certain things. The basic premise of the program is TUT (Time under tension) along with strength and hypertrophy days. Metabolic Tranining will also be included, which I LOVE.

Anyways, friday was a metabolic strength upper body day. Took Saturday off, sunday was Shoulders/Chest/Bi's and today was Back/Tri's. I LOVE the new program and everything is flowing nicely right now.

Strength: 9/10

Strength keeps climbing. Heath (buffhunk) has me doing some pretty nice circuit style training this week and my strength is still up! YEAH!

Endurance: 10/10

Again, this style of training requires some serious endurance + intensity. I kicked ass...but my PW is out, so I hope endurance doesn't drop off.

What kind of program are you on?
To be honest, I'm on the "do what heath says program". I've got a new log up over in the workout log section, in which heath can explain it a little better.
