Jaja <- about all the Spanish you'll get from me lol grew up in the us so while I speak Spanish fluently it became more of my second language , I remember the terere up until recently we had some of the cups as decoration in my current house lol gotta see if I can find them. And my mom still makes empanadas lmao. That is crazy most people don't even know it's a country haha when I say I use to live there some one always answers "is that the same as Uruguay lmao

Saw the news about the Orlando shooting, man, I bet the TSA check in will be more meticulous now.

Will be off AM for a week, put on some pounds, get a tan and new clothing. After that is cutting time again.

I'm back!

All went well, weather was mostly fine, water was warm (after I went in and took a piss).

The people were friendly and driving, even the highway, was orgasmic in comparison to Bananaland.
The fast food, well, with all due respect, is awful. We tried Chipotle, Wendy's and the food court in Sawgrass Mills.
Wendy's salad was the only thing edible, Chipotle tacos were terrible and the food from the food court was almost inedible.

Our hotel had a BBQ grill next to the pool and we used it every night, grilling some tenderloin steak or turkey breasts, for greens we bought Greek salad and as finisher some fruits.
We visited the zoo in Miami, rented a bicycle for a day and did some cardio, inhaling the smell of elephant and camel poop, zoo was awesome.
Here in Bananaland the zoo is an adventure of the odd kind. You may see one lonely elephant and some native Indians who live there and take 20 cent for a photo.

A funny thing was, in two separate occasions girls were hitting on me! No joke!
One was a Afro-american- about 240 pounds who attended the fitting room in a store. I still have nightmares remembering that, LOL.

My cut starts tomorrow, have to lose at least 15 pounds. After one week off, I'm eager to train.
