H-Drol PCT Check

I know that there are tons of threads about H-drol and PCT but I'm still a noob so a little bit of reassurance from you guys would be really appreciated and make me feel safer about the cycle. Want to do it right.

First cycle I did 1 bottle of h-drol @ 50/50/50/50. Gained 10lbs and kept it. For my second cycle I thought to do m-drol but I chickened out. Don't want to step up to that stuff yet. So, instead I decided to do h-drol again but @ 50/75/75/75/75 possibly bump it up to 100 for last week but not sure if I really want to do that. This time around I picked up some nolva for pct.

I'm preloading Hawthorne Berry 1-2 weeks prior to the cycle.

-On cycle-
H-drol @ 50/75/75/75/75
Cycle Assist @ 8/8/8/8/8 as directed on the bottle. 4 pills twice a day. Spread it out by 4 hours between PH and CA.
I might take Hawthorne Berry through out the cycle.
I will be taking fish oil during the cycle.

-PCT-
Nolva 20/20/20/20 What is better, in the morning or before bed time?
PCT Assist 6/6/6/6 as directed on the bottle. 3 pills twice a day.

I also have inhibit-e, lean xtreme. Should I throw those 2 in the PCT?

I was also thinking about picking up FreeTest by Applied Nutriceuticals for PCT stage.

Before anyone asks. First cycle was done when I was 21 years old @ 180, ended up 190.
I'm 21 right now, next month will be 22.

Everything looks good, except your Nolva dosing. I would go with 40/40/20/20/20.
 
It's still a 5 week cycle though. Most bloodwork I've seen for hdrol shows significant shutdown, just sayin'.

The 20mg x 4 weeks was simply what I would do if it were me. I would also add DAA for the PCT. Cheap and effective. Plus you can show your girlfriend how big your nuts are, always a plus.

LOL Yeah, you can never go wrong with big balls, right?! :lmao: DAA is good stuff and it's very cheap. A bottle of 240 caps will run you under $20. And as I stated above, I would personally go 20x4, same as you, Orangatang.

190lbs at what height 6'4" or 5'6" , your pct looks solid as well as support supps, have some liver protection(CA,liv52 etc) through out pct too, load up and take fish oil through out also, get a good multi-vit eat clean, protein intake high, 1-2 gallons of water, taurine for back bumps, my next cycle is days away and Im going to use creatine on cycle and pct, read some interesting things about it, and its not bs. I got schooled lol actually I got pointed in the right direction about that, and Ive been reading so much my eyes are shot and are going to fall out of my head lol
 
I started on Monday. I weighed myself and I was 189.2 Been taking H-drol, CA, fish oil, liv52. No weight gain yet (duh only been 2.5 days) Next week is when it's gonna start getting more interesting. I do feel like my muscles are harder already, when I flex, the muscles are almost as hard as after the workout. I also think I'm starting to notice a tiny strength gain already. I really want to gain more chest muscle cause that's my most stubborn muscle on my body in my opinion. The rest of the body is fine. I'm trying to eat 5-6 meals a day but it turns out to be less than that because of the schedule. Mainly on Tuesday and Thursday but I'm doing my best to work around it.

Also, in three weeks I'll be participating in a powerlifting competition (I just found out about it today, I didn't go on cycle because of it). I participated in it before in November and I got 2nd place in my weight group (I wasn't on anything at that time). Maybe I'll be able to pull it off this time. The only thing that I'm worried about is that I'll gain weight by that time and hope I won't be put into the group with the big guys that weigh 200+. I'll hit the treadmill to lose some fat so I can squeeze in to the group that I was in before. H-drol is good for cutting.

1) you asss is gonna get banned from that comp if they test you.

2) you need to eat big, while on cycle none of this missing meals sh!t

3) hdrol usually starts working end week 2 --> week 3.
 
It's an 'for fun' powerlifting competition at school. No testing or anything. If it was a legit comp I wouldn't even try to go.

Make sure you are keeping diet balanced with the complex carbs and protiens. Listen to your body, if you are hungy eat, and eat big
 
Cooking 6 huge chicken breasts as we're talking right now. Since I'm not that busy today, I'm gonna cook so I have food for the rest of the week.
 
A little update.

Done with 1st week, starting 2nd. Muscles are hard as a rock. Starting to notice strength gains. Today's workout felt great! The first day I started the cycle I weighted myself 189.2. Today I just weighted myself and I'm at 192 mind you, I just came back from the gym. So far I've been feeling great, no complaints. Only thing that happened during the weekend was that I kind of lost my appetite. I wasn't hungry at all. Today, my stomach is back on track, being hungry most of the time.

@kanakafarian I did more than just those 6 chickens :D Otherwise I would've starved to death.

@Orangatang I get plenty of that kind of motivation from my girlfriend :naughty:

Question. I'm supposed to bump it up to 75 this week but I have a question. CA and H-drol has to be taken 4 hours a part. So let's say.

12am h-drol
4am CA
8am h-drol
12pm CA
4pm h-drol
8pm CA

I don't have problems waking up at night and taking the pills. Or do you guys just take 50mg at one point and another 25mg later on in the day and then just sleep.
 
Id take my 1st (50mg) dose soon as I wake up and my 2nd (25mg)dose about 10-12hrs later and take your CA/liver protect about 3-4hrs after each ph dose.. get a good multi and take it with your 1st CA dose. at 6' 190 lbs you should able to put on some lbm with a solid diet, eat a lot bro, imo i wouldve tried to get my weight up to 200lbs with out ph's than I wouldve given it go. Im holding off on my cycle for now to much crap going on. but what i am going to do is take creatine for the first 2-3weeks of cycle and of course use it in pct, woke up this morning with a sore throat(wtf!) lol, yo maybe we're on the wrong coast lmao

Called the company three times (Payoneer) that was charging me and they promised that they cancelled the payment multiple times. Yeah..right..got charged anyways and they have no idea why it happened. Had to drive to my bank and the closest one was 60miles away to get a new card because of possible fraud and file disputes. Still dealing with this crap, no news.

thanks bro, Im taking a night off from the gym, throat is actually feeling normal, I did the usual sore throat protocol lol, this morning it felt like there was some going to be trouble, my daughter had a ear and sinus infection(meds) kids at school pass that **** around, and she passed it to her mother(shes on meds too), that was few days ago, and during that whole time Ive been taking lots of vit C and my usual supplements, echinacea too, maybe(fingers crossed) I dodged a couple of bullets lol. **** I had a sinus infection mid dec had to get meds for that, oh well it is what it is, but Ill start my cycle when on this settles down, I rather just wait it out, that would be a wasted cycle(and money). Im more excited about my stellar pct than the cycle it self (torem is what I got for my serm), :147: and its even more epic, adding pp's Sustain Alpha and Toco8, and of course all support supps from a-z, just writing this is make my effing pumped., ok Im done venting.

I don't think I'll be taking my H-drol today and drink medicine instead and hope I'm better tomorrow. It shouldn't get worse or anything by taking medicine and having h-drol in my system? I'm on my 11th day.
 
I'm on nothing right now. I wanted to ask you guys first before taking anything. The only thing that I used was cough drops. I will be taking Theraflu Nighttime. It's like a tea. It always works for me.

If you know you're getting sick, discontinue the H-drol until you are recovered. Since you're only 11 days in, you should be able to pick up where you left off fairly easily especially considering H-drol has a long half-life. Don't get discouraged and focus on doing everything you can to get better :)

that really blows, yeah go see your dr and get some antib's, my throat is still feeling a little crappy in the morning, but thats my only symptom,(no congestion,aches or flu like stuff) thus far, and like i said i had a household of germs floating in here lol, I did talk to my dr and she said if its still bothering me to come in and she'll take a look, so much crap going around especially at the gym(s), some ppl go in coughing/sneezing all congested its effing disgusting. yeah bro hang in there, and take care of yourself(water and gatorade)
@mw1 im going for the six weeker h-drol75mg mite go up to 100mg on the last week not sure tho/furuza at 300mg as you suggested, that would be 4 bottles correct of fza and 3 for hd?
 
Don't mean to derail the thread here but I'm prepping for a similar cycle and just found out my previous nolva source vanished. Would someone mind pm'ing me a new source? I've found 2 but they both seem shady and are not in pill form which is my preference....

The reason I'm going with this is mainly because I've read in a lot of posts that an OTC PTC will suffice for hdrol when taken at mediocre dosages.

Week 1-2: preload with milk thistle
Week 3-6: Hdrol 50/50/50/50 with Cycle Assist as directed
Week 7-10: Reversitrol and Cycle Assist
Week 9-10: Cortisol blocker and a Test booster

Please let me know what you all think about this. I know there are a ton of threads out there but as soon as I get the ok on this I will probably start logging all my stats (diet, lifts, sides, gains). Thanks in advance for any input.

Well,

1) H-drol is a powerfull ph, it is not the mildest
2) An OTC PCT will suffice for the low dosage you have, but what is your test booster? Pick up PCT Assist or DAA if possible. Do you mean reversitol or resveratrol?

For my first H-drol cycle which was 50/50/50/50 I preloaded for a little over a week with milk thistle+hawthorn berry. During cycle I used Cycle Assist. For PCT I used OTC products. P.C.T Assist, Inhibit-E, Lean Xtreme.

Yes PCT Assist will serve as your test booster. Add it to the reversitol. Also take a look at suppress-c for cortisol control. I HIGHLY recommend this supplement.

Looks pretty good. One more thing. Would Post Cycle Support be an adequate substitute for PCT Assist? Sorry to bombard you with questions

DAA: 3g/3g/0/0
+Cortisol control & other basics.

That's how I would do it :thumbsup:
