C.E.L. H-drol 50/50/50/75/75
Fish oil @ 900mg
Milk thistle @ 1000mg
Red yeast rice @ 600mg
PCT:
Nolva 40/40/20/20 (Start day after last dose of h-drol)
ZMA for booster? - wasnt really sure about because there is so many to pick from...suggestions?
I'm planning on keeping my caloric intake around 4500 which is pretty typical of what it is now. During PCT, I'm probably gonna up it to around 5000-5500 to try to keep as much of my gains as possible. I'm planning this cycle for mostly just mass gains but obviously strength gains would be a plus. My main goal for now is to hit around 200lbs. After goin through a lot of different logs, I figure I can probably realistically walk away with about 7 pounds when everything is said and done.
I'm not in any rush to start this cycle...and would appreciate any feedback on it so that I'm fully ready for it. I know people call h-drol "mild" compared to others .... but it still causes liver damage etc... so its not that mild. Any help would really be appreciated...and if this cycle looks good for the most part...just let me know.
