Grila Jujitsu's going in to the ANADROLIC STATE! (SPONSORED)

Oh, you do it with assistance. Never mind, I'm no longer intrigued.

lol, always on the last few, my goal is to get there with out any assistance. I think one day i am just going to not take my ritalin and see how many i can just bust out in 3 or 4 sets with no spot. lol that's if i can focus long enough.

So it turns out Grila has started a documentary about being a Jewish Thug in the bay.

Welcome to Grila's world.

BJJ/MT practice

Overview: good workout, messed my shoulder up bad during BJJ practice the day before!!!!! I felt super weak!!

Rating and Review:

Stim effect/energy: the energy was great, it just didn’t last as long as it has. When I hit my BJJ practice, I was kind of dead.
3/5

Pump: was very good. A guy at the gym told me it looked like I had GSP delts… I had to start laughing, cuz my delts are not anything close to his delts! Still felt good to hear.
5/5

Vascularity: wow I have 2 veins in one shoulder and 1 in the other!!! Veinage was sick!!
5/5

Strength: I was still strong as a mother focker! Just my shoulder held me back!
5/5

Endurance: it was there for my workout just not for my workout with BJJ/MT!
3/5

Recovery: felt good the next day! My shoulder still hurt, but not as much as I had thought it would have.
5/5

How long is your BJJ?

If you're looking to add weight, you really might need to tweak your schedule so you don't go roll right after lifting. When I do BJJ for 2 to 3 hours, I make sure its in the morning - then hit the weights in the evening... so only on weekends. Same with boxing - I'll hit that at lunch, then weights at night if I feel like it. If I want to hit the bag after weights, I'll keep it to 30 to 40 minutes.

And regardless, I hope you're eating like a motherf*cker when all that's done.

I am eating like a mofo!!!!! If i had the time to switch my workout time, I would. it is the only time i have to do my practice, plus I am trying to turn my workouts in to a recomp type workout. even though I am eating for a bulk. I am staying the same weight just leaning out a lot!

my practice is 2-3 hours. I really need to practice too, because i want to compete and win the US open this summer!!!!

US Open is deep. I competed there in 97 and 98 - in Vegas and Tampa...

Good goal to work for - just no more hormonals for you.

exactly!!!! I could have gone to the gracie open last weekend in LA, they dont test. maybe it's because there is no weight classes? :drillsergeant:

No, that really has nothing to do with it. Bottom line is - its EXPENSIVE... Even just to test the winners. Can run upwards of $100 per person or more for a standard whiz test, even more for blood. So building that into the cost of competing is extremely cost prohibitive. These tournaments are there to make money first and foremost - no matter what they tell you at the opening ceremonies.

US Open was Taekwondo... I was only 17 at the time, and the people I was fighting were all in their mid 20's... So I won a few fights, then lost a close one to a shorter stocky guy from South America that kicked like a mule. Score was 2 to 3... :(

Such a good experience though. I remember walking down the carpet to the ring, it was all green... I kept telling my coach that this must be what the Green Mile felt like. I was scared as sh*t most of the time.

haha! nice, the green mile huh?

yeah, i here it is expensive, that is what everyone tells me! did they test you at the open?

So increased strength and endurance doesn't help? :P But hey you're the fighter, I'm just curious ;)

true those things would be a great help. They also would work against you, cardio suffers while on cycle. Cardio is the most important thing to have when fighting. Also, increased strength can be a bad thing because you will focus on that instead of you skills and training. that can leave you open to attacks.

Endurance... I wouldn't give Super credit for that.

If you're ON during a fight, that would be horrible... Increased BP, lack of conditioning, lethargy, increased caloric needs... No good.

Running a cycle, doing a PCT, then starting a camp to cut - that's a different story.

There was no increase in endurance for me on superdrol. It would only come in handy if you were gorilla pressing your opponent. Lethargy would be a biznatch to overcome in a fight.

MMV2...pop 6 before the match and rage in the cage!!

Damn I want to try this stuff....but I'm afraid I might lose it. If Timber will...I will hehheh
