Good morning AM. Woke up after 7.5 hours restful sleep. Protein, orange w juice and DTP and purple wrath. A great chest and back workout. Second DTP w protein and gatorade. Shower. 3 eggs, oatmeal, 1/2 a bagel. You guys be safe out there today.
 
Good mornin' everyone! More rain. I am growing fins and gills. I've just taken a yummy breakfast casserole out of the oven. Eggs, green and peppers, mushrooms, chives, and vinison sausage. Smells delicious. Got plenty, if y'all want to try it.
 
You mean people dont work 15 hours on this day!!!!! I am doing something wrong,,,,, almost done with the 10 day work marathon.......!!!!! Hope everyone who has it off is enjoying it....

I received a phone call yesterday from the Orthopedic Group that worked on my leg; they want to tell my story, as well as the technology they used for my hardware, etc. It will be for a print magazine, as well as a special that one of the news organizations are going to be working on. All I have to do is get it cleared; they are even going to pay me! Pretty cool, from my stand-point. :D

Good morning AM. Hope everyone slept well. I got 7 pretty good hours. Woke up, drank protein w an orange/ juice. Started w green magnitude and white flood today. Had a good shoulders and arms workout. Post workout had some more protein and a bagel. Showered and got ready for work. Had 3 eggs and oatmeal for breakfast. Arrived at work at 6 am ready to go. You guys and gals be safe out there today.
 
Morgen! Just got in from SFLegz. I can barely walk! Just hit the shower and now I'm diggin' me a TsingTao for my PWO shake! :cheers:
