Good Morning AMer's just getting over my (little) cold still been training we have had some cold weather last week and had a few sniffles but today is 23c perfect and my sniffles are gone.

Great morning people hope everyone is feeling strong and moving forward in their lives.
Breakfast, P-Slin and AP na-rala, divanex, omega 3, vitamin c, 30g whey, 5 egg, 50g carb and 1 banana. next no booster beta alanine 2g, creatine mono 5g, creatine ethyl ester 2-3g, arginine ethyl ester 2g, aakg 2g, citruline malate 2g, bcaa 5g, l glutamate 5g and taurine 1g then Anadraulic State and off to gym.
l am looking forward to my leg workout today.
My tip is to learn to love the exercise that is the hardest (the ones you hate) even more than the others.

just back from the gym and my NP package still isn't here! stupid delivery guy, why can't it be a hot female that delivers it!
 
Mornin! good to see others up doing cardio at this hour...

it was suppose to be squats but that never happened lol..it was back instead. Might go do legs later though, day off :)
 
Good morning AMers. Couldn't sleep last night. Only got 6 hours and was up at 3:00am. Layed around and let a protein shake and an apple with some juice digest. Took my DTP, X-factor, and CL purplewrath. Had a great shoulders and arms workout (p90x). Post workout I had another protein shake and glass of apple juice. Breakfast was 4 eggs, 1/2 a bagel and oatmeal and my second serving DTP. Done with everything at 6:00am. I'm really enjoying p90x and I'm in the final months phase and feeling GREAT. Hope everyone else has a great/safe day!!!
