Morning all. Don't really feel like getting out of bed. At all. I'm so comfortable right now...time to go slam down some eggs and get ready for class. :(

That bike ride has my lower half feeling a bit sore this morning. I started to cramp-up pretty bad on the last stretch of 25; my wife improved her time by 17 minutes! All in all, great ride!

Keeper - what did you do to your calf? I hope it heals fast; ICE method, and avoid strething it too early.
 
Running bleachers yesterday. I felt and heard a pop in my right calf muscle and went to my knees. Can't extend it at all and can only bear weight on tip toe... I hope it's no more than a level 2 tear, which still stinks.

wish i could....alcohol makes the demons come out. and once there out its so f**king hard to put them back, usually involves police intervention. but have several for me...

OH, good morning!

Woke up nice and stiff/sore. Did 20 rep. breathing style DL's yesterday and def feeling it! Actually drinking some coffee this morning. Great day ahead.

Man, stayed up watching a great match between Federer vs Soderling. Roger got the W. Tonight Rafa plays!
