Immediately for me on the liquid, in pill form I would imagine 2 to 3 days. The energy for cardio vascular endurance was undeniable.

Nope immediately on the pills too. I only took 2 yesterday and today that is 10mg and I was flying. Felt like I had an electrical current just moving me along! Bumping it up tomorrow to see how it goes. I am pretty sensitive to energy inducing compounds. I think it might be my untreated ADHD. Either way you know it is working. Oh and I won't make the mistake of taking it anywhere near bed again. Way to alert while sleeping!!!!

I think its crap the cardarine.. I did not have the things you talk about.. But my cardarine is not this brand !!!!
 
Day 3

I can definitely feel the energy levels are good! I'm stuck inside and just itching to find things to do! Usually I'm pretty tired and worn down on the weekends! I'm feeling great though! Felt leaner when I got up this morning too! This is only going to get better and better!!!

Ok I wasn't sure and untreated adhd here too and sensitive as well. Fuggin yesterday I was feeling like superman.
 
Day 4...Gym was closed due to the weather/road conditions. So yet another rest day...I was really looking forward to training today! I may have to just do a bodyweight workout here at home because it doesn't open until 8am tomorrow.

I'm feeling good! Definitely feel an energy boost from the Cardarine and its like a focused/driven sort of energy! I haven't hardly stopped moving since I started taking it on Friday. Another thing I have noticed is an increase in body temperature. Generally have a jacket or blanket on me throughout the house but I have definitely not needed anything the past few days!
 
Forgot to add...I bumped it up to 4 pills-20 mg today!
 
As long as you are staying safe. Bodyweight workouts are better than nothing! I left Wilmington this afternoon and it's not nearly as bad as areas near you. My Mom's basement flooded, but the waters have receded some now. They get close again during high tide though.

Thank you! Most definitely! I'm very thankful to be safe! I'm glad your mom is ok and it's not too bad! Hopefully not too much damage done to her house though!
 
Day 5
I got up this morning and did a bodyweight workout mixture of squats, lunges, push-ups, ab work, up & down planks, yoga, and stretching! The Cardarine had me in a good sweat really quick!! I was surprised! It felt good to get some form of exercise done! I may see if I can talk hubby into letting me train after work too! Haha

I am feeling leaner! Although I wear scrubs to work, they are feeling looser than usual as well!
 
I ended up talking hubby into letting me train after work! I was SO excited!! It was very busy especially compared to my 5am crew. Really wanted to ask for a spot on bench but didn't know anyone and they all kept giving me funny looks when I'd look around to see if I could work up the nerve to ask...so I went solo.

The gym was way too busy to be able to superset the way my workout is set up so I ended up taking 45-60 second rests between sets! Between that, going several days on lower carbs, and training towards the end of the day- my strength was a little low this week! I really wanted to hit some new numbers! Overall, I was just excited to hit the weights!! It felt good!

Day 7

Energy is good but endurance seems a bit down. It's kinda odd. Maybe my system is just working harder with the Cardarine and I'm wearing down faster. I've been getting enough rest and all. I realized last night that I didn't remember taking my daily dose so I took or about 8:30 last night! I had no trouble with sleep though! I have noticed that the increase in body temp is not all of the time and sometimes it comes almost like a hot flash.


Here's my workout from this morning - first 5 am session this week!

Attempted to do my conditioning for the day but I was utterly exhausted and collapsed on my first burpee. So, I switched to 30 sec intervals of HIIT on the stair climber for 10 mins!

I just want to say....I am sooooooo excited!!! I have been cutting FOREVER! Made progress but not number wise or as substantial as I had anticipate....got on the scale this morning and I was down 3 lbs!!! That never ever happens!! This stuff rocks!!
