I had seen where several of you guys were mixing the radiate with extra water...I am usually the type to do about 4-6 oz and just chug it quick. I will say that adding the extra water does actually improve the taste a lot!

Quick update...got to go into work late today so I trained today instead of yesterday. Oddly enough, my lats and abs were already sore yesterday and today. I hadn't trained them since last week. I am feeling a bit run down and drained today. The radiate has been a lifesaver to push me through and keep me going though!
