These logs are what prompted me to order mine also. I will say that the thermogenic effects are pretty hard core. I found myself sweating yesterday (while not doing much of anything, being it was a Sunday and all :)).

Lol True! I am a fan of a great burger...not so much on the hot dogs for the way they're processed. But I will say, there are maybe 2 places, other than my house, that I'll eat burgers! Guess you could say I'm a food snob!

That's great! Can't wait to hear what she thinks! Definitely don't start her with more than 1/2 a scoop! I think she will love how it makes her feel!
 
Both Saturday and Sunday after my first dose, I totally forgot to eat breakfast! Oops! That tells you how well the appetite suppressant works! Lol I made my 2nd shake right before I left for the baby shower but ran out and left it. It was almost 6 so I decided not to take it so I can sleep tonight. Haha

the appetite suppressant is my favorite part. I have lots of stuff I can to use to get wired but not much out there has killed my appetite like radiate!!!

Water is extremely important on RADIATE, if you do t drink enough you'll be d hydrated in no time and all the sudden your lips are as chapped as a 300 year old pair of ass chaps...

I had seen where several of you guys were mixing the radiate with extra water...I am usually the type to do about 4-6 oz and just chug it quick. I will say that adding the extra water does actually improve the taste a lot!

I mix it with my BCAA and about 12oz of water. Pre workout.

I like the flavor, but I also add 1 scoop to a full cup of water. :)
 
It's not bad. I've had some pretty bad ones. The taste is just not the strong point. Truthfully though, the taste is much less important. I'd rather a product work well and taste decent that taste amazing and work decent.

I only use it twice a week for fasted cardio and it is still going strong !!

I haven't! It has stayed just as strong so far! I take some sort of stim at least 4 x's a week too!

With a full scoop only containing 200mg of caffeine, and most users only doing 1/2-3/4ths a scoop, tolerance build up should be relatively slow. The energy is a concert of several key ingredients and not solely dependent on any one ingredient that your body can quickly up-regulate receptors to act on.

This is a metabolic workout. The focus is to create metabolic stress factors in your muscles that induce growth hormone release. Causing a cascade of reactions resulting in extra growth. The performance of these sets will be done as follows. Choose a weight you can do 10-12 reps with for the movement.
