My version is awful for you but it's so good if you freeze it and then put ice cream in between two slices... omg lol you're gonna ruin my cut kat lol

It's FRIDAY!!! Tried out a new gym today! I had a free pass and they just opened. It was fun trying the new equipment! Got sidetracked with teenager drama this am so I drank a scoop of Radiate right before walking into the gym. Second dose was about 1:45. I attempted a full scoop today. I think it's a little too much as it's made me very nauseous. So, I'll just go back to my 3/4 a scoop tomorrow. Lol

Thanks guys! I just couldn't seem to stop! Lol I haven't done a leg only day in forever and with the way the radiate makes me feel, I imagine I will be pretty freaking sore tomorrow!
 
Yeah I agree! The 3/4 a scoop seems like the perfect level of energy, focus, and appetite suppressant!

On the fun side, we went to a baseball game tonight! It was fun! Thankfully, we are before we went! I did NOT want that mess to be a cheat! Lol

Hamburgers and hot dogs are amazing if cooked right, they just never cook them right lol

Lol True! I am a fan of a great burger...not so much on the hot dogs for the way they're processed. But I will say, there are maybe 2 places, other than my house, that I'll eat burgers! Guess you could say I'm a food snob!

Not a bad strategy...they are both locally owned smaller restaurants that make them fresh. One was featured on food network called Pawley's Front Porch. They grind their meat to order! They are the best in town by far!!!!

nathan's and Hebrew are the only hot dogs I will eat...mighty tasty on the grill!!!

when I grill porterhouses I use a lot of charcoal and when done I put the dogs on and then put em in the fridge-I throw em in the microwave for 30 seconds for a quick snack. or else the granddaughters eat em cold, lol.

3/4th a scoop seems to be a very common sweet spot for many! We keep hearing that over and over.

Is the typical dosing protocol twice daily? If so then that makes each tub a 30 day supply (almost like it was on purpose :)).

Hey welcome! So glad you joined! It's great stuff! You should definitely take firetitan up on the samples! Thanks on the squats! It's taken about 4 years of pushing hard to finally get them!! The past 2 years, I've really focused on gaining strength and muscle.

Both Saturday and Sunday after my first dose, I totally forgot to eat breakfast! Oops! That tells you how well the appetite suppressant works! Lol I made my 2nd shake right before I left for the baby shower but ran out and left it. It was almost 6 so I decided not to take it so I can sleep tonight. Haha
