I may not have noticed what are your stats you look failry big in your avatar. The human body can only hold so much muscle mass naturaly and that varies from person to person but proably around 210 -220 lean is about all an average 6 ft man can realisticaly hope for. that would break down to about 190 for a 5'9 man which is average height. I am by no mean saying genticaly supiriors cant hope for more and that you cant bulk up to a reasonably lean bigger build. unless you avatar is just a good pic imo you look somewhat close to your natural limit for muscle mass being that lean. You can defintely tell you lift weights. the gomad deit is also usually complimented with low volume full bdy workouts or powerlifting style train to further reserve calories. If you have a very fast metabolism short heavy workouts are proably better. something like 5x5 or a 3 day a week split or even hit. One thing I notice is a lot of people dont take the strength gain aspect of getting big serious enough. That is a common theme in all the popular workouts dc,5x5 5,3,1 westside they all make gaining stregth a priority
