i read somewhere that watermelon raises test....now i like it even more, lol.:nana:

Watermelon is a great YIN food if you go by TCMA standards. Since us as bodybuilders tend to be very YANG in our diet (lots of meat and calcium), its good to eat fruit, vegetables...anything cold and from the ground. To balance all the steak. That's why i LOVE watermelon, not only the taste but how it makes you feel :)
 
Received my tub of Watermelon Gold Feast yesterday! Not sure if i should wait till Monday to start logging it or just start it tomorrow... decisions, descisions.

Thanks again RR for this opportunity. Does it matter to you if I use two scoops post workout or would you prefer if I just used 1 scoop post w.o.?

Go for 2 scoops! Unless you want 60 servings! OMG :)

Damn, I meant 4 scoops (double serving size)... I usually do 40g whey w/ 6g of leucine post workout so 4 scoops of Gold Feast would be comparable. Like I said it's fine if you prefer I do 2scoops post instead to extend the life of the tub, I'd just adjust my 1st whole food post workout meal accordingly.
 
i still haven't got my golden feast....waiting:frustrate

For some reason it seems my work computer doesn't allow me to access AM... i keep getting Network Error (tcp_error) "opration timed out".
