Watermelon is a great YIN food if you go by TCMA standards. Since us as bodybuilders tend to be very YANG in our diet (lots of meat and calcium), its good to eat fruit, vegetables...anything cold and from the ground. To balance all the steak. That's why i LOVE watermelon, not only the taste but how it makes you feel![]()
Go for 2 scoops! Unless you want 60 servings! OMG
