Well Im off for a quick ride, my quads are dead and I mean dead from yesterday's w/o, so I will not be going up any incline lol. Today is my cheat day so I want to burn off some cals with a fasted bike ride on Alpha T2 and clen(about 50mcg).
 
My quads are still toast, it feels like I worked them out for the first time ever. I love it, can't wait to hit chest tomorrow!
 
Well my quads are still sore! I about to go hit up chest/back/rear delts/traps in a bit, I just let 15mg amphetamine(generic aderall) dissolve on my tongue, should be a good session haha. I always have fun working out on aderall haha

I don't like recommending such behavior, but it is fricking nutty! I love it :32:

These pills are 30mg each and I cut it in half and it still works just fine for a good pre w/o. Once I build a tolerance I go to a full 30mg pre w/o, but this is my last 15mg so no chance of building a tolerance.

Good w/o, sweaty as hell though! I upped my dose of Alpha T2 to 6 caps ed, 2 upon waking 2 mid day and 2 around 5:30-6pm all on an empty stomach. These do not interfere with my sleep at all which I am thankful for.

Last night I decided to dose 20mg of Superdrone and I dosed 5mg w/ my pre w/o meal this morning and I will dose another 5 with my post w/o meal and maybe another 2.5-5mg later on. This last week has been rough on my body, I worked out my quads on Friday and they still hurt today, I could use some help in recovering from this new program so I figured why not hit up some SD haha. Ive been off of orals for about 4 weeks now and I plan on running SD for only 2-3 weeks until the deca starts to kick.

BTW, I started a thread in the Primordial Performance sub forum about doing one more run of Superdrone. Go bump that thread! We needs some more Superdrone dammit!!!

well there wuz the throwin up after legs, cuz of so many sets, or the waxy? but the strenght on chest wuz retarded strong. Fly machine is where i wuz like what the **** is going on? kept increasing the weights and doing the same 10 reps till i got past 240, then dropped to 8 and the whole stack(i think its like 380) for 6. But numbers were a lil lower on flat bench 275@4, down from 285@4 but i think this wuz just in my head.

It was an overall pleasant experience, the only bad side side was the insomnia(which was dealt with lol). I recomped nicely, I don't know how much strength I gained, but I do know I am a good bit stronger than when I started. Lethargy wasn't something I experienced too much of, I was on stims most of the time(luckily my BP stayed fine). Appetite was normal. Temper was not bad, but there were some moments where I felt like ripping someones head off.

I did this w/o for the 1st time last Friday and I was sore all the into Monday/Tuesday!!! So yes.... very big OUCH! I am liking this though, I feel accomplished after I finish each work out.

Today and tomorrow are off days, I was too tired to do my fasted morning bike ride. On a side note, I saw The Expendables last night and that movie is the ****ing ****!!! You guys gotta see that movie!
 
Today is my last day of Alpha-T2.

Over all I am happy with my run of this product. I have been eating alot more lately and my cardio has not been on point, yet I have been staying pretty lean while gaining weight. I have gained some fat, but I always gain fat when bulking, I am incapable of gaining a good muscle without gaining fat. Eating as I much as I am right now would normally be packing slabs of fat on by now(i have been bulking for 9 weeks now and Im usually a fatty by then). So I have to give Alpha T2 some props for helping to keep me lean while bulking.

I would recomend this product to anyone looking to cut body fat, or just to stay lean during a bulk.

From all I've read and from all I've been told by some exp guys the key to lean bulk is a very thin line between cardio and diet. It is like recomp The Holy Grail and you are managing to hit that balancing act

Awesome! I picked the live version cause I had headphones on when I 1st heard it. The drums sounded sick on my head phones, but they didn't sound so great on regular speakers lol. I love the stage set up on there as well.
