GMG760's cutting down for the San Diego Summer!

This hijack is admissible, based solely on its humor factor. I love how the door falls off at the very end.

LOL!! That was awesome when the door fell out, and seriously, effing Mazagotti watched him tap for a few seconds, he really shouldn't be allowed to ref after that entire fiasco. BS stoppage of the fight, then a sloth like reaction to a tap.

I agree, it was really terrible. When it's happening in realtime, you tend to succumb to the moment as a whole, and lose the finer details. Once it's slowed down, and you see Brock tapping 6, 7, 8 times, you realize how terrible of a refereeing job that was. And you hit it right on the head with the stoppage; he should have been allotted at least one warning.

For real! Did that faggot Mazagotti think Brock was merely playing with Mir's ass??!! Queer. :gay:

I actually would like to see Mazagotti ref this fight as well and when Brock undeniably defeats Mir, I'd love to see Brock do to Mazagotti what he did to that poor door!!!

Sorry for the lazily late update you guys.

DC is the proverbial ish bud. I've never worked so hard at not coming back with wack numbers. The logbook tells no lies.

Thanks again for the link. Theres a lot of good info there. I might consider DC training. It really seems very straight foward. The log book kinda sounds like a pain though.

Its great to see gains like that! Nice Work G! Love seeing these updates! Your killin it bro!

You'll never progress the same as when the numbers are staring at you dead in the face.

On the money here G...my son loves to see where he started and where he is now. The numbers are great motivators when you know you have to beat it next time thru.

I kid you not, I know this sounds corny, but I sometimes just read my log book (like last night) and fantasize about hitting bigger numbers next time. I pretty much meditate on it and visualize myself lifting heavier weight. I convince myself I can do it and I DO do it.

Leg day is the only day I look at the log book and say....Oh sh*t that widow is going to kill me!!

I get amped over everything! I love it! My girl is like "you are sucha tool reading your workout book!" hahaha

Not corny at all brotha. I've done the same. Visualization and self-hypnosis have made me much stronger than I was just 2 years ago. I wish I would have had this knowledge and been this dedicated when I started training at age 19.

Day after tomorrow, I'll be 45 and I'm stronger than I have ever been in my life. And it's only gonna get better!!:head:

:box: :notworthy: You are an inspiration man

Week 3 workout B1.

I'm kinda over posting my warm up numbers... ask me if you want them back.

Preacher curl - 35'sx10 rp 5 rp 5 = 20 reps
Forearm Cable - 60x14 each arm
Leg press toe press - 270 (3 plates a side) - x12
Seated hammy curl - 130 x 13 rp 9 rp 6
Squat - 275x6 (only lift I didn't go up on... I almost missed the 6th rep too. :( )
Widow - 195x20. I added 10lbs to my widow since I didn't improve on my squat. I think I got deeper on my squats today though, my hammys were touching my calves at the bottom. This widow was religious though... I hit 10 reps and wanted to be done. I usually make it to 13-15.

I had one of those WWTGD moments at around 15 reps. I was making a bunch of noise to get each rep up, panting, sweating like crazy... I just said to myself: "Time to put that goddamn bear shirt on and embrace the pain." TG calls it berzerker rage. Whatever it was, I got pissed at myself for wanting to quit and blasted through those last five reps.

Good work broski!

"The body that isn't used to maybe the ninth, tenth...eleventh, and twelfth rep with a certain weight. So that makes the body grow, then. Going through this pain barrier. Experiencing pain in your muscles and aching...and just go on and go on.

And this last two or three or four repetitions...that's what makes the muscle then grow. And that divides one from a champion and one from not being a champion. lf you can go through this pain barrier, you may get to be a champion. lf you can't go through, forget it. And that's what most people lack, is having the guts. The guts to go in and just say, ''l'll go through and l don't care what happens.'' lt aches, and if l fall down....l have no fear of fainting in a gym...because l know it could happen. l threw up many times while l was working out. But it doesn't matter, because it's all worth it.
"

Bad ass bro! Dont you just feel like a God afterward? :smite:

By-Odin, you know that I love this!!

This is exactly the way I feel when I train. If even the thought of quitting before reaching my intended reps enters my mind. I get totally outraged. I tell that liar, Loki, to shut the fuck up. I'm the thundergod, the blessed of the All-Father and filled with His wondrous power.
Then I slip into that almost hypnotic state of true Berzerker Rage where I'm in a complete fury and it's like I don't even feel fatigue or pain anymore!!! :aargh::zx11pissed:

I blast out those last remaining reps with power from above!!! :hail:

You warriors are getting me all kinds of fired up here!! :rant2::firedevil:

I'm ready to be a deeper digger and get bigger. To go longer and get stronger!!

Sorry fellas, still pressed for personal time here. I thought maybe people were tiring of my logs. They're filled with the same stuff time after time.

Though they were a lot of fun!!! :fest30::dance:

No excuses..:nono:

Well, make sure you run one as soon as you have the time. We all miss it around here, you're logs were the most heavily followed around these parts.

Absolutely, I miss my pre w/o Thunder stim logs!!

This has nothing to do with anything, but I thought it was worth sharing.

I imagine the quote would be: "Thanks for the push, Dad."

Yo......G. Where you be??!!

Please don't end this thread just yet bro. I'm sure there's lots of us who want to see your progression as your body adjusts to the DC type training. The first few weeks are just a breaking-in period. After a couple of months on a program like this is where the magic really begins!!!

I've lowered my volume considerably since you began this thread. My routine is very DC now. And the strength is coming on like a freakin' freight train!! :saevil:
I'm using poundages now that were just in my imagination a couple of years ago!!! :yikes:

DC truly rules!!! :head:

I'm around... I'm just really busy this week.

My numbers are logged of course. I am still making progress on ALL my lifts. I truely love DC training. But, I probably won't be posting numbers or doing any serious logging till after the weekend. I have a show tonight, I am going up to Santa Barbara tomorrow, and I have a photoshoot all day in downtown San Diego on Saturday. After that... I am pretty chill for a week or two.

Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere.

Sounds like E-911 showed up just in time.
