You see the way it is set up is:
Musclegroup A: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Back Width, Back Thickness
Musclegroup B: Biceps, Forearms, Calves, Hamstrings, Quads
Each musclegroup gets 3 separate workouts each with varying exercises. Hence, A1, B1, A2, B2, A3, B3.
Right and the reason I do A1-C3 is to differentiate the 6 different routines.
