4 weeks? I am dosing the AS starting thursday. That's less than 6 days now by my count.

I am going to start mine on thur. I decided that i really dont need the nolva that much. i think the 8 days at 10mgs a day will be enough. I really didnt feel all that shutdown after my hulk cycle. i think the 8 days of nolva and my other pct sups will handle me very well. now that i see how these pct sups work and what they do to me, I feel i will be able to tell everyone how the AS affects me. wow that was long! i really could have said that in like 2 sentences, but that is what finals will do to you! oh and did i mention I will be in mexico on thur!! :lol:

So the past two days have been really good workouts for me. I did shoulders yesterday, and then I had some energy and the GF is out of town for the evening, so I figured it was time to hit an extra chest/arm workout today. I just felt like training. Had a good workout too.

Shoulders
BB Military - 135x10, 185x6, 205x2 PR!!! , 135x10
BB upright rows - 135x10x3 sets
front/lateral raise superset - 20x10, 25x10, 30x10
BB Shrugs - 225x10 x 3 sets

SAT
Chest and Arms

BB Bench - 185x10, 225x6, 225x6, 185x10, 135x10
Incline Bench - 135x10, 185x6, 185x4, 135x10
Flys - 40x10, 55x10

Preacher curls - 70x10x3 sets
DB French Press - 70x10, 80x10, 90x7
bb hammer curls (tricep extention bar) - 25'sx10x3 sets
Dips - 3 sets of 20 BW
Cable standing double bicep curls - 40x10, 60x10, 60x10
Tricep Pressdown - 120x10, 140x10, ran it all the way down to 30 lbs

So I am feeling good, I weighed 200 lbs today. I am in a good mood, happy with life. The clomid doesn't seem to affect me too much. My recovery from the Mdrol seems to be going great. Strength is a little down from where it was, but still WAY up from before. I am leaning out by the day it seems... I may have gone overboard with the carbs on the Mdrol in an attempt to gain as much weight as possible.

On a different note, I have been thinking about changing my routine for some time now. I am making gains, but the majority of them have came when I have been on cycle this past year. I have been training volume my entire lifting history, so I think I am gonna explore DC training for about 6 months. I am gonna continue volume through PCT as I want to follow my plan, but after which I believe I am going to make the switch for a while to see if it works. I know I have the drive and the guts to do it... I just don't know if it will quench my thirst for the iron. Then again, if I can rack 50-100lbs up on some of my lifts, I'll make it happen. Wish I had a DC training partner...

Del Sol? You wanna try out some DC with me in a month or two?

Eh, It made me mad the first time, now it's just funny that they still talk about Doom Crew... lol. It's like being on the playground at school in 5th grade. There was always that d*ckhead that wanted to start some sh*t with you for no reason. Except here you can't knock his teeth in and teach him a lesson... so it's best to just let it go. I really shouldn't even respond to those posts at all, even positively.

I actually read back through my log, and I would say that 95% of it is discussion about bodybuilding or my supplements. People just like to hate. I mean, I could directly make fun of Mike Tyson on an anon forum, and he couldn't do a damn thing to me. Who the f*ck cares? They are just trying to get a rise out of us. I think most people are just lazy in and throw in some numbers or "I did chest today and I gained 5 lbs. I like Superdrol." But I can read that sh*t on any thread. If I am going to make a new thread and log, I am going to write about my experience and thoughts throughout as I continue to progress and learn. Hopefully my insight will provide the user with a better, more realistic understanding of how the product works. Plus if I can find out about some new exercise or supplement along the way because someone butted in or snagged my log, then so be it, at least we are all still learning.

And for the record guys, all of you, my "e-friends" as the haters put it, do make me very happy. I am stoked to have you all along for this ride with me.:thumbsup:

I personally enjoy the logs that have a little additional banter than lifted x and gained x amount of weight. I have learned more from the off topic questions in these type of logs. The advice that others have provided to newbies in logs like this has been invaluabe. Not to mention the detail that you provide about the logged product is superior to 90% of the logs out there.

no worries, people that have no clue about diet/nutrition/building mass have to poke fun at those who do. it's the same thing in any sport or hobby, just like the ricer honda kids with their fart can exhausts couldn't work their way around an autocross course or see the other side of a quarter mile line in under 18 seconds to save their lives.
