GLYCOBOL Q&A

It was quite a while ago that i used the halodrol. I don't even think i used anything for back pumps then, lol. I find that poseidon, taurine, and gatorade (intraworkout) attenuate the issue. The loss of osmotically active extracellular particles/electrolytes i believe to be a big factor in the pumps. This would equate to fluid transfer issues due to limited extracellular osmotic pull.

I'm sure it's a multifaceted issue in ways, but by mitigating this fluid/electrolyte dynamic, it seems to get my pumps under control.

Yeah it's definitely a multi-faceted issue overall (aldosterone suppression can be a factor as well), but if you treat one dyamic it should alleviate some part of the issue.

I'm actually reading it right now; about half-way done. I agree, good book. :)

I'm using Halodrol-50/Furazadrol/Dermacrine for the cycle. Looking to recomp nicely here; of course i have my AI staple as well (Cycle Support) to add with my glycobol. :D

Should I worry about my fat intake for the meals I take the Glycobol with? My typical breakfast is 6 whole eggs and 4 pieces of Ezekiel raisin toast. I love my scrambled egg samwhiches on my raisin toast. I would hate to give that up :)

The fat intake will low(er) with my next dose.

Thanks bro. Today is my second day and so far so good.

Two Glycobol and 16oz of sweet potato twenty minutes later and I'm not overly full or bloated. Win! Nice pump in the gym today too.

It keeps on getting better bro, you will be amazed at the fat loss you will get from this product, I luv the diet bro, sweet potatoe is great to take with glycobol, not a fan of regular potatoe because its effects on insulin production.
 
I hear ya i had to give my stock of glycbol to a friend. Tried everything cutting to just one cap few times over the day, different carbs, different Preworkout supps, it just didn't agree with me at all. Was taking imodium like crazy for awhile just not worth it anymore.

Dude, I completely understand where you are coming from. Let me first start off by saying Glycobol did a good job at regulating my insulin/glucose levels after a meal with carbs. I can definitely notice its effects. HOWEVER, glycobol gave me the WORST case of s**ts and extreme bloating I have ever had.....EVER. It lasted for over 2 weeks. I went to the doctor thinking it was a stomach bug. He gave me some stuff for the "stomach bug" but it did absolutely nothing. When I came back with no improvements, he thought it might be some type of parasite. Then my wife said "Hey do you think it might be those black and white pills you've been taking"? I went on AM to do a search for anyone experiencing the same sides. When I read that others had the same effects, I immediately stopped. Within 24 hrs after stopping the glycobol, my s**ts were completely gone.

I miss glucophase :(
 
I cant wait to add this. I am currently on my first bottle of prime. I am going to run prime for june solo then going to add glycobol and jacked for july.

currently i am doing 6 pill everyday of prime then next month gonna go to 8 on lifting days and 6 on interval/cardio days.

2 pills with 40 grs of volumaize postworkout

any suggestion ?
your feelings with this product ? expectatives...

So guys heres a question for you...knowing that it "mimics" insulin i was wondering about timing of supplement. Insulin is supposed to help with the absorption of amino acid as well as creatine and more importantly the uptake of glycogen into the muscles. So I was thinking of how i could use this more effectively that just am and pm. On lifting days I am thinking of starting with one pill 15-30 min before breakfast with an amino acid and creatine monohydrate combo..(xtend and basic bulk mono or something of that nature) Then take a second pill 60 minutes prior to exercise with a creatine and amino combo. 30 min before lifting taking a moderate amount of glycergrow and jacked combo for a preworkout rush! Finally to increase recovery taking my last two pills right after exercise about 15-30 min with the aminos and mono creatine before my recovery meal. (i perfer solid food over the protien shakes..shakes seem to give me the runs!) So Now that it is all out what do you think of the timing for my lifting days? I feel that i can make the insulin responce work better this way and aid recovery faster.

Also on my non-weights days i was thinking of cutting the glycobol out of the day completely. It would basically be every fourth day. Since insulin forces nutrients into the body gaining fat is likey so since i wont be lifting and only doing a steady state cardio day i feel that to stay leaner it would almost be more beneficial to pulse it in a sense.

I do something similar, keep in mind that the effects of Na-R-Ala lst for awhile, so you could take just 1 pill and take the creatine later in the day and still get better utilization of the creatine.

Post workout meal EQUALS FOOD BRO, nothing replaces whole food, in the morning; make sure to take glycobol 30 minutes prior to meal to prevent any chance of bloating.

i used to take protein and waximaize post workout but just eating a meal has been working a lot better
 
I like taking gbol at the same time of low glycemic meals. For me it works better that way. Also if u experience bloat have it with a shake then eat carbs a little after ur shake

I have yet to try GB with high GI cho, but it is amazing with oats, Ezekiel bread, and sweet potatoes. I have been taking two GB and eating 8oz of chicken cutlets and 16oz of sweet potatoes 1.5 hours pre workout without any bloat or stomach discomfort. This many carbs at one setting usually causes me to bloat big time. I think i have found my new favorite supplement :)
 
how long is glycobol active for ? say two caps with 60 g carbs for breakfast/preworkout meal, 1hr 30 minutes later preworkout drink, would the glycobol still be active to help creatine uptake? and if i took another 2 glycobol pwo with 20g WMS +BCAAS,EAAs, Creatine, then twenty minutes later a protein shake with 45 g carbs, then one hour later a solid food meal with 60 g carbs would my 2 caps post workout be effective for the WMS, PRotein shake, and my whole food meal? or should i do one cap with the WMS followed by protein shake, then before my whole food meal with another 60 g carbs take my 4th cap of glycobol for the day? the rest of my meals are fibrous veggies, fats and protein so i only need glycobol for my first three meals/shakes of the day correct?
 
Some ingredients in gbol are active for 24 hrs!!! Other ingredients I believe are around 6 hrs.

I wouldn't take more then 2 caps in 2hr time. I know when I did that my stomach hurt. 2 caps every few hours was good for me tho

Take the gbol with your highest carb meal! 1 caps fine pwo bc of increased insuline sensitivity so u don't need to use more then 1 IMO pwo
 
so 2 preworkout and then one cap should be good for my wms and protein shake pwo and my ppwo meal? pwo+ppwo equals 120 carbs, pre workout 60-70carbs

It's great stuff, gonna be continuing onto my second bottle soon. If you do take it, play around with the dosing schemes. I am doing a recomp/cut, so semi restricted carbs, and have noticed two gbols messes with my stomach, but one and I'm feeling great. And personally I haven't noticed a big difference between one and two. And one per meal lasts longer! Great product AI!

Glycobol does stack well with a lot of other supps.:)
 
Ill stack it when I'm done dieting and back to maintenece where I can use it during the day and not just at night. For additional gh release

How long have you been taking the Glycobol? Are you taking anything else or made any changes in diet? This could happen till your body adjust to the Glycobol. It is not something I would worry about unless it continues for much longer or get's worse.
 
It's actually a function of cleansing the liver. I'll see if I can find that info for you.

Berberine increases bile flow, thus it also cleans out the liver. If the stools are darker for a few days, it likely means mild preexisting biliary obstruction. The green color means it's getting expelled. Once stools resumes normal color (a week or two at the most I'd think), you know your liver is back in a healthy relationship with your gall bladder. If you do not get this side effect, it means your liver was already in good shape. Dark stools are not a concern for liver issues, it's very light stools that are cause for concern

mmm no, only glycobol, is rare, but my **** change color to similar black. only with take glycobol.

I hope the Dr D answer helps to ease any concern you may have over the stool color change. It should go back to normal soon. Please comtinue to let us know how it is going bro.:)
 
Would running Havoc with Cycle Support and Glycobol be a good combination as a cycle? I've not tried these before so what would the dosages look like in your opinion?

That would be a great recomp stack. For me personally after playing around with the epithios I won't go lower then 40 mg and 50 mg was great!!! It depends on your body I would maybe do 30/40/40/40/50. Maybe even bump to 50 a lil sooner if u feel u can handle it. Just a lil fyi tho, it zapped my gyno really nice while on but within 24 hours of stopping it came back and much worse (I was still on test and npp) and had to start adex like right away. I would also take i3c on cycle to help with estrone sulfate increases along with when u come off to keep chamnces of gyno down to a minimum
