I haven't been able to find a really solid Synthesize FAQ anywhere on the net, so I have a handful of questions on getting the most out of it.
1) Is there any negative to taking it with every meal? I have been just taking it along with all of my meals for about 5-6 doses per day. At 225lbs, am I at risk of anything while doing this? Is it a waste?
2) Is there any diet tweaks that will help Synthesize work best? What exactly -does- it do? I haven't read a really in depth overview of how it works.
3) I've heard about adding Glucosamine to use Synthesize during a bulk. I'm thinking of doing this next month when I try to add a few quality pounds. There's there a specific type of Glucosamine that I should use? Is the Sulfate powder ok?
Even not directly understanding Synthesize, I have enjoyed it so far. Meals seems to be digested better and I'm noticing a bit more energy.
