Getting the most out of Synthesize.

I haven't been able to find a really solid Synthesize FAQ anywhere on the net, so I have a handful of questions on getting the most out of it.

1) Is there any negative to taking it with every meal? I have been just taking it along with all of my meals for about 5-6 doses per day. At 225lbs, am I at risk of anything while doing this? Is it a waste?

2) Is there any diet tweaks that will help Synthesize work best? What exactly -does- it do? I haven't read a really in depth overview of how it works.

3) I've heard about adding Glucosamine to use Synthesize during a bulk. I'm thinking of doing this next month when I try to add a few quality pounds. There's there a specific type of Glucosamine that I should use? Is the Sulfate powder ok?


Even not directly understanding Synthesize, I have enjoyed it so far. Meals seems to be digested better and I'm noticing a bit more energy.

This should be in depth enough for ya:run:. I've been using the hcl version but I don't see a problem with using the sulfate variant unless someone from avant wants to chime in. Seriously though I've printed out the above articles and read them periodically as my understanding of the subject has grown. I only wish more people had and maybe the leptigen line would've flourished.

Oh ok.

1. No, that's actually part of the point behind the product. You NEED to take it with three meals a day to help assimilate them better.

2. It's a cell-volumizer in the traditional sense, but it's also more than that- a meal-optimizer. That means it's not only a solid creatine formula, but it will also help you get more out of your meals. And as we all know, food is THE most important anabolic agent in any routine so that is a very important aspect of SyntheSIZE.

Accordingly, it can be used for cutting or bulking.

3. Whether or not you use should glucosamine is largely dependent upon what your phenotype is. Do some searching here and on M&M for Leptigen and glucosamine.

I wish I knew what phenotype I really am. Can't decide if I'm Endo or Meso. As I understand Endos would not want to add glucosamine.

This isn't neccesarily true,glucosamine could be used with SyntheSIZE if certain requirements were met.

One would have to be at least a month into a period of caloric restriction in order to reap the benefits of SyntheSIZE and glucosamine on leptin.

Still,endos should use Sesathin/Sesamin or fibrates if using glucosamine.

I wish I knew what phenotype I really am. Can't decide if I'm Endo or Meso. As I understand Endos would not want to add glucosamine.
I might base it moreso on my caloric state. Assume your a mix of the aforementioned phenotypes and add glucosamine (GCA) to your Synthesize according to your diet.

If your cutting hard or trying to maintain a lean frame, add some GCA. If you are bulking or carrying a significant amount of bodyfat, Synthesize is perfect the way it is.

could somebody help me out and briefly explain what the glucosamine does as far as an aid in getting lean? I've always seen it advocated as a joint supp, so I'm confused here. Thanks.

This has been discussed in some of the other Synthesize thread, but essentially glucosamine may help positively regulate leptin levels. I have suggested in the past that this may be limited to those who are lean or calorie restricted since leptin is (or should be) appreciably high in all other circumstances.
