This workout felt great, my shoulders where definitely sore from shrugs yesterday but I just pushed through it. I did a lot of foam rolling on my back to see if it helps next day, I know it hurt like hell when I was doing it lol. Anyway I can see a big improvement in arm size already, so time to keep it going.
First time doing Yates rows? I think I might have suggested those to you for your back? I can't remember. Anyways, AWESOME session big man!

So the result is the same, poaze muscle keep snapping tight and causing the lumbar portion of my back to go out of whack. My chiro gave me some stretches to do to see if we can get it to stop happening. So il be on top of this to see if I can prevent myself from getting injured anymore. On another note il leave you guys with a video to watch, this kid is nuts. Most of you guys probably know him or have seen this video but if you are like me then you had no clue.

this - i have long led off with squats..stretching out and a lil cardio warm-up is sufficient for my warmsI have to do them first to get the most weight up and ensure I have good form.

I will tell anyone who does not know what your poaz muscle is or where it connects to look it up and you will see why it will cause you problems if it tightens up.
i think you mean "psoas muscle", but i wasn't gonna say anything

I never knew that about the foam rolling of the lowet back. What kind of stretches are you going exactly?

Alot of my protein intake comes from shakes between 2 and 3 a day but that's not saying I'm not eating protein it just gives me that extra boost to hit my mark.

Goals:
My plan is to gain only lean muscle and lose as much body fat as I can while gaining said lean mass. I think this will be a fun ride. Hope everyone enjoys it as much as I am going to.
The further advanced you are you can run higher doseing in my mind. It's not methylated so that's a positive in itself. Sure you can run one bottle I'm sure you will see something. Will it be alot no but maybe just a alittle yes.
