Yah they advertise that they don't want the hard core guys .... fug them!!! I lift things up and put them down!!! Bam!!! Bam!!! cool :) They cater to the people who don't show up that's how they make there money. They need to sell 10, 000 memberships to a gym that holds maybe what 50 people... on average. Not too hard to do the math. There is more money to be made with people who don't follow through.. sad.

Been happening since women started frequenting the gym. That's when I started having some problems with gym management concerning my intensity in the gym. College gyms don't mind cuz they aren't commerclal.

Stay far away PRE and never look back. Nobody who is seriously content to stay at planet fitness deserves any more than what they have to offer them.

I go to the gym to lift weights; I'm still not sure what they use it for cuz getting diesel or shredded doesn't seem to be an acceptable practice there.

This workout felt great, my shoulders where definitely sore from shrugs yesterday but I just pushed through it. I did a lot of foam rolling on my back to see if it helps next day, I know it hurt like hell when I was doing it lol. I'm trying bud. I'm just glad I have a great bunch of AM brothers here. I ordered gut health, micro, and hemavol yesterday so I'm waiting on that currently. I'm excited about the gut health supplement.

I'm not that big monte. I never know if my weights are good for my size or not but I'm just focused on getting them higher. It was my second time doing Yates. Thanks monte.

Yates row, Tbar rows, Wide grip overhand rows, db rows all good exercises for back thickness.
 
I was going to hit some seated low t bar rows but some dude was on the machine, it's ok next week I will.
 
I made the switch Hyde. From here on out it's just pure focus on fuggin lift heavy weights
 
Day 16 - 149.0 (+3.5lbs)

Well today was an awesome leg workout and I'm so happy to not be using a smith for squats anymore. However after Wednesday back workout my lumbar is all out of whack again. I am going to try and make an emergency chiropractor appointment today to get it readjusted and shocked lol. I smashed a squat PR, I had even more in me but did not want to push my back even more and after starting on the squat machine my legs were shaking in between sets.

Plated squat machine - similar to a hack squat machine but more vertical

My chiro gave me some stretches to do to see if we can get it to stop happening. So il be on top of this to see if I can prevent myself from getting injured anymore. On another note il leave you guys with a video to watch, this kid is nuts. Most of you guys probably know him or have seen this video but if you are like me then you had no clue.

Damn that's impressive, 775lb at 19?! Out if curiosity why do you do squats last? I have to do them first to get the most weight up and ensure I have good form.
 
I did not plan it that way, the rack was in use. But also it helped me get stretched out more because of my back. The plan next week is do them first. And my form I believe was still good, I just did not want to push anymore. Tomorrow is bench day.

And another note 775 at 19 and 198lbs oh yeah and natty.

this - i have long led off with squats..stretching out and a lil cardio warm-up is sufficient for my warms
PRE has an excuse lol..but, some ppl do like to do other exercises before squatting :shrug:
 
Not hating, cuz I have mad respect for that kid and anyone who moves big weight, natty or on juice. I most definitely could not do better. But just cuz somebody tests clean after a lift doesn't mean they are natural, despite claims.

He may be. Some ppl are crazy strong natty. But he could have just been off gear for many months leading to that lift, or cheated the test. Oil change anyone?

Snags I'm going to be really stretching my poaz out and that should fix all my lower back issues. Il get my fiancé to help me later.

I will tell anyone who does not know what your poaz muscle is or where it connects to look it up and you will see why it will cause you problems if it tightens up.

Day 17 - 149.5 (4.0lbs)

First things first I am happy with the slow weight gain so far because mirror wise I'm getting bigger so the slow weight gain is good meaning alot of this is lean weight gain. Second thing I forgot to mention yesterday was after talking with my ART doc I informed him after my back day I foam rolled my lower back, after I said that he quickly told me never to foam roll your lower back all it will do is make your lower back worse and not better.

So I spent a good while stretch Pre and post workout to help my back and it is feeling better already. This was a really solid workout and my chest pump felt great. Only thing that felt off today was my bench but anyway here it is.

Alot of my protein intake comes from shakes between 2 and 3 a day but that's not saying I'm not eating protein it just gives me that extra boost to hit my mark.

Goals:
My plan is to gain only lean muscle and lose as much body fat as I can while gaining said lean mass. I think this will be a fun ride. Hope everyone enjoys it as much as I am going to.

Quick question for theFinaFlex reps or anyone with any knowledge.

Is that many caps necessary? Or healthy?

I know the bottle says 2-4 a day, but when you stack 2 bottles together it do you double the dose to 4-8 a day?

Just seems like an awful lot.

Also, would there be any benefit whether it be great or small to running 1 bottle of finaflex in a 30 day period?

The further advanced you are you can run higher doseing in my mind. It's not methylated so that's a positive in itself. Sure you can run one bottle I'm sure you will see something. Will it be alot no but maybe just a alittle yes.
