How was their Diet?
I really do not feel like posting diet, but they are close to 8%bodyfat:think:
wow! it's been entertaining reading all this but i'm not getting any answers. the instructions on the bottle say "take 15 min before carb containing meals 3 times a day". there is no mention of other dietary guidelines to follow while taking this supplement. i understand how important it is to have a good clean diet and if that is necessary while taking AP i'd like to know exactly what to be eating!
i have used insulin extensively (up to 8IU) and i can say for a fact that AP elicits not-altogether-different effects. about 20 minutes after dosing i go distinctly hypo, which is only sated by 30+ carbs...and after eating i am distinctly pumped and "swole", moreso than i would have been otherwise.
the product is not "bunk", it just works through a mechanism that not everyone can capitalize on. seems like ectos dont get nearly as much out of AP as mesos and endos. i am no expert on insulin sensitivity or thyroid output, but i can tell you that for those who can benefit from insulinemic manipulation, AP is good stuff.
and anyone who knows me knows that i have absolutely no love for USPLabs...his "that is a racist statement" comment is a tiny glimpse into my reasoning....but i cannot deny the efficacy of this product.

I work extensively with folks from India and to imply that a product has a shaddy origin because research done in India is offensive. I find that to be a racist statement but its my opinion.
How is saying that because it is from India is racist though?
If i said i dont want to buy that product from Canada does that mean im racist?
I think you may have used wrong wording but i get what you were trying to get at. You may have just used the wrong words.

Aren't we all still waiting around for a specific diet and more personal info about you?
Read post 13 and 20.
ok????
Not that this post hasn't slid off the topic wagon over into an ocean of 'huh's', but I'm pretty sure if certain sorts of supps don't work for you, a large majority of them won't for the same reasons. Either biological in nature, or dietary in nature.
Back in the day when you could get Vanadyl sulfate by itself, it had much the same pump / insulin effects that AP purports. I personally, got HUGE pumps from mega dosing Vanadyl sulfate. But at the same time, if my carb load was bad, I would hypo and feel like snot for hours afterwards. I'd keep gatorade handy just for taking vanadyl sulfate so I could get some carbs in my system pronto. I had a buddy though that couldn't get any results at all from Vanadyl sulfate. But then again, he was a severe ecto, and burned calories like a freak on speed. I'm not so lucky...
It might be appropriate to suck down some sugar with AP, in the 10g+ range and see if it changes your response behavior.
Granted, this is going to mutz with your diet if you're trying not to put on fat, but insulin related stuff just won't work if there's not enough free carbs to make it work in the first place.
p.s. I wish I could still buy vanadyl sulfate by itself!!! GNC stopped making it, and so did a bunch of other supp vendors. It was cheap, and explosive.
ok????

I don't know what you guys are doing, but AP is unbelievable. Being a national level NPC bodybuilder, I know of many other top amatuers that are living off of this. First of all, I think too many guys out there are so anal about their diets that they short change themselves of real gains. I hate to break it to everyone, but top bodybuilders do not live off of brown rice and oats!!!! Try taking AP with some dense food like pizza or other fatty foods and watch what happens. Also, take 1 before your workout and 1 afterwards and sit back and watch what happens to your look. I know I stay full all day long and right now I am living off of protein shakes in the day as my schedule is hectic. I will use this year round. ALA, vanadyl and chromium are good as I use those also, but they are not in the same ball park as AP

, I didn't just pop one pill, suck down some carbs and watch my biceps swell.
but I already have a name "biceps swell." Small royalties to you my friend if I ever find the pill.
last time i checked, India was a third world country. to question their chemical/nutraceutical processing abilities and clinical objectivity is not racist, it's just healthy skepticism and sensibility....not that before this most recent GMP law went into effect, the USA wasnt just as uncontrolled in terms of dietary supplements....but the guy still has a legitimate concern, especially considering the quality of some asian powders. How is saying that because it is from India is racist though?

just talking. i dont think it's untoward for a person to question the practices of a nation whose medical/business practices are unknown to him.especially when he's ingesting it. unless a sound case is made for the quality from an unbiased party, i believe a person has the right to question the legitimacy of an asian powder without being called a racist.Okay, I suppose you have insight into manufacturing processes. Are you versed or just talking?

Listen, he said his statement was not intended to be racist. Can we not just take his word for it? He was most likely stressing "shady origin" and not "India." And if that's the case, it's fine, I'm more interested in hearing about different experiences with anabolic pump. Like what different kinds of meals have been like for different people and what their perception is of the supplement. If we here these things maybe we can reach a better consensus on how to get it to "work."
Here's mine:
I just started yellow gold 2 days ago. My first meal with it was something like:
50g carbs from yams
8-10g fat from a tablespoon of peanut butter
36g protein from chicken breast (4.5g fat)
and a cup of green beans or asparagus
That's a typical macronutrient profile for my meals, but I switch the foods around. This first time, I felt much more energetic than usual after the meal, not lazy or tired like sometimes. And since that, my general feeling is being more "full." I don't feel a "pump" like the kind you get in the gym, and I didn't expect one. Maybe people are looking for the wrong thing?

I've tried supps that people hype up and they didn't work for me, could have been my error (probably was) and could have been overhype. Either way, to call a product 'bunk' is ridiculous, there are way too many variables involved to make that judgement. If you don't like a product, feel free to not buy it in the future, no sense in bad-mouthing it.

Good advice. We all know to be skeptical of hype, but I think this is one of these products that you won't know until you try it. It probably depends largely on personal insulin sensitivity/resistance. If you already have an optimum use of insulin and you're storing most carbs in muscle tissue, then of course you won't notice much difference with this product.
