I dont think its placebo.....there are just too many reviews that reflect the same things. It would be impossible to have 500 people have the same placebo effects :)

Excellent. Follidrone has sold out pretty damn quick - too bad as I wanted to try double-dosing.
 
A quick one before work:

Incline bench
335 x 3
275 x 10
Paused - 335 for 4 sets of 3 - nice and easy

6 rounds of ab wheel / dragon flag or leg raises
High incline press - 225 x 4. Had to leave.

The high-rep work and my second exercise were below par due to less sleep / food combined with the two upper body days earlier in the week. The workouts have gotten much better since I adjusted my caffiene intake, and I'm slowly adding more work.
 
Mixed bag, but overall progress. No box jumps or ab work due to fatigue - it's been a looooong week.

Squat - 375 for 6 sets of 4. HUGE PR.
rest between sets was lower than usual, and I banged this out in 35 minutes or so, which is great considering how out of shape I am.

My lifetime PRs in the squat were a crappy 365 x 4 and 405 x 1, so I'm pretty happy.

Hack squat - attempts with 5, 6, and then 4 plates per side - nope. Not happening. The squats required a lot of effort and I was mentally burned out.

So I decided to let out my closet bodybuilder.
Leg ext / leg curl - 200 / 165, 190 - 2 sets of 10.
Parking lot lunges: 100 yards (?)
BW for 2 sets and 65lb for 1 set.

This was the toughest thing I've ever done, and exposes a huge weakness. They hit the heart and lungs much harder than the legs, so I guess this is my "cardio" for a while.

Waistline: 48" (+.5) <- what

Push press - 275 for 6x3 with short rest
Push press - 305 x 2
Paused Bench press - 375 for 3x5 - PR. 370 x 7 bounced off my chest is my best at any bodyweight.

Seated DB press - 75 for 10, 10, 8
Weighted Chins - +40lb for 3x8
Various ab movements between sets.

Good workout - unfortunately this is my last week of follidrone.

Pec deck - stack for 5x10 - finally hit this PR. the pump made the other exercises difficult, hah.
Ez curl - 125 x 10, 8. 65 - 3x10
Overhead tricep ext - 110 - 3x10
Ab wheel - 5x3
8 runs - 12 flights of stairs in 16 minutes.

Nope nothing wrong with it.
Kasaj ran before and after bloodwork.
The only changes were positive ones :)

HDL- the good cholesterol went up
Triglycerides went down.
Very positive.

375 is a burly bench press.
And holy &$(# man...you weight 292+40lbs for chins lol....thats insane.

My bench press is the least embarrassing of the major lifts because I could train it and the muscles involved non-stop for 15 years. My deadlift stalled hard because of mobility problems, back injuries, ab weakness and laziness. I didn't start squatting properly until 2012.
 
Front squat: 315 - 3x5
Deadlift: 505 x 1 ... 1, and then I couldn't get the bar off the floor. Running stairs the day before was a poor choice.
Deadlift "Sadiv Set": Max reps with 405. 31 reps in a little over 10min. Huge PR as my last attempt yielded 22 reps in 12min.

CSR: 2 plates - 2x10
Shrugs on chest press: 2pps - 2x12, 3pps x 10

Attempted DB rows but my lats were fried after the deadlifts, so I stepped outside for...

400m lunges. That's one lap around the building. I got to around 70% of the total distance and my mind just shut down. My legs and lungs were on fire, but I could have kept going. This pooch-screw took 30 minutes

Attempting this at all is progress, but I need to grow a larger set of balls if I want to compete in powerlifting.

45 sec bike sprint and dragon flags/ab wheel between sets.

High incline press - 220 x 8. PR

Not bad at all. My legs aren't sore after yesterday's shenanigans, and I'm looking forward to taking on 375 for sets of 5 tomorrow.
 
One follidrone dose left, it's been a fun ride.

Squat - 375 for 3x5 - PR! I'm honestly surprised I was able to do this after a week of cardio, possible undereating and quarter-mile lunges.

Two giant sets
"Ukrainian stallion" SLDLs - 225 + "heavy" band x 8.
Leg ext - stack x 15.
Leg curl - 175 x 15.
Lunges for 100 yards.
Incline sit-ups x 20.

Hack squat - 4 plates x 8.
5 plates x 5.

Called it a day. The hack squats were more difficult after all that pre-exhaustion stuff, but the reps were smooth as silk rather than the epileptic seizure they usually look like.

Nah. I've avoided cameras like the plague due to being 80 (eighty!) pounds overweight, and this log was slapped together at the last minute. Today I weighed in at 288.4 (from 315) with a 47" waist (from 50").

Hold on to your butts, here comes a wall of text.

TLDR: my new favorite workout aid. Better than ArA. Lost over 20lbs and 4" off my waist - brundel owes me new pants. I was breaking PRs and bustin' nuts all over the place, 10/10.

* follidrone works, and helped me push through weeks of adjustment to "dieting" (going from 10,000 calories and pure insanity, to 3k and mental stability)
* I gained endurance and strength. The first thing I noticed after ending the run was the lack of "pop" in my lifts.
* follidrone may have mood-enhancing properties. There are a bunch of stimulants in cocoa, but I'm not sure if epicatechin has the same properties.
* I had some of the most powerful pumps of my life while on it. Again, better than ArA.
* Double dosing didn't make any difference for me.
* fat loss was around 3lb per week. My first week off - 1.5lb.
* PRs - 495 5x5 deadlifts.
300 x 4 behind the neck push press.
240 x 3 behind the neck strict press.
300 x 10 front squat.
385 x 2 Paused bench press.
375 3x5 squat.
6 pps hack squat machine - 8 hellish reps
