Get lean in 2015 with PX500 white & ALC CLA (sponsored log

I didn't take my afternoon dose because I was worried I wouldn't be able to get my foods in.
Hmm...I didn't think of doing that. Just taking them as suggested and eating because I have to :)

I'm not really cutting tho. Just trying to slow my cravings.

Current Measurements.
Seems some size has left. Weight is down, but bf is close to the same. I started a new training program today and an HPTA/Volume stack I will run 4 weeks, 1 off, 4 weeks (or so). Waist has shrunk and mid section is leaner.
2/12/15
Weight: 174
Bf: 12.9
Waist: 34
Calves: 14 1/4
Thigh: 23 3/4
Chest: 42
Upper arm: 15 3/4
Lower arm: 12

how are you measuring BF?
Using this hand held device. I don't think it's accurate because it will change my bf % before and after workout. Here is a picture

Messing with my calories and macros again. This isn't as easy as any formula it seems. Increased carbs a bit and am feeling much better. Keeping protein up around 200 grams. I am going to try some BF calipers over the weekend. This PX/ALCCLA stack is powerful. I didn't take any in the afternoon because I needed to eat. I felt it working for 8 hours I bet.

I'm doseing 3 caps a day now. 1 cap every few hours with the last cap being took no later than 2pm.
Wow! You must be getting loads of work done. I think I would bounce off every wall if I did that.

Ordered a bottle of each. Will give this ago once done with AE and EP this month. Start my cut with this stuff along with diet. We shall see.

Wearing them now! Whoooohoooo! My FinaFlex hoodie and T shirt. Surprised, the XL hoodie fits perfect:)

I'd have to say that the two things I noticed most with this stack is the appetite suppressant and thermogenic effect. My diet hasn't been as on point as it probably should have been and I am still trying to figure out the whole calorie and macro thing for cutting weight.

It's a long process, and as soon as you think you have it figured out you have to change things up to trick your metabolism.

So there is no magic formula or pill? :(

Cardio: treadmill for 50 minutes
25 minutes 12 incline and 3.2 speed
5 minutes 15 incline 3 speed scope75 that was rough. I will try again tomorrow:)
I tried something different:
Starting at 0 incline I increased incline every 30 seconds until I reached 15 incline.
Then I decreased incline every 30 seconds until I reached 0 incline.
The final 3 minutes were cool down at 2.5 speed - Final week of PX white/ALCCLA and hoping to show some decent progress with these products - I want to thank FinaFlex for giving me the opportunity to use such a great product. For those who haven't tried FinaFlex products, I can honestly say that all the FinaFlex products I've used, I highly recommend.

Good luck with your final week, this has been a great log.

Incline 15... I have only ever seen 10... 15 must be pretty steep.

Thanks. It is steep. scope75 posted that he has done it and I figured I better push myself this week if I want to post results that will best represent these great FinaFlex supplements.

New FinaFlex T shirt. I have a blue hoodie as well :)

Bet it says FREAK on the back...lol

I'm thinking of another round of cardio soon. I can thank the PX500 white for the added drive. I think it comes with little workout voices. I can hear them, "don't sit there you bum. Get on that treadmill and burn some fat off". Does anyone else here these kind of words? :)

Lol. I thought mine was evil trying to get me off the couch for a second cardio session. Yours wins for evilness :)

My voices tell me to eat more.

- 5 minutes warm up
- 15 minutes at 3.2 speed
*every 30 seconds increase incline 1 level until level 15, then do the same as decreased levels
- 7 minutes at level 15 at 3.2 speed
- 5 minutes at level 5 at 3.2
- 3 minutes cool down

Great cardio session there man!

Lol. FINAFLEX FREAK'S can speak subliminally to each other so that's just your fellow brethren urging you on :)

Thomas... keeps telling me to eat pop tarts :twak:
Lol! Pop Tarts huh? You can probably eat those with all the naked cold running you do. I saw the picture:)

I rarely eat them, but I'll tell you the cookies and creme ones are awesome.

New FinaFlex hoodie! Everyone needs one of these. They are very comfortable and fit great. Invalid Link Removed
- body weight today: 172
- body fat today: 10.8
15 incline on the treadmill I guess scope75

How's that incline treating you??? Way better than more speed if you ask me.
It's rough! I got 7 minutes yesterday. I will try and add more time today. It gets the heart pumping. It's sad, but I almost got to the point of feeling like I was going to throw up

Sounds like your going to intense.
It's just supose to be a nice easy pace at max incline. After a few weeks you'll be able to bump it up and really get after it but not before you condition yourself to it first.

Thanks! Here is my constant struggle. I regularly push to hard and I think this is not helpful to me. Finding the happy, slow and steady place is hard for me. I know it's what I need to do though. Thanks for the reminder:)
