I dont know I like the concept of sending better and better things pending results. I have a few ideas of things to send you.

Food: chicken and tons of fruit salad...I'm getting my glycogen stores up and it feels damn good also ate a small slice of pizza

Workout: Off today n tomorrow due to gym being closed...just doing some cardio and playing my kinect

Feeling pretty good I am an odd combination of wired and tired. Can't wait till todays back workout I think I can put some more impressive weights up today although my legs feel like death.

My gym is open 7am -12pm tomorrow not looking forward to working out then, cause I like the night life baby.

Today: Fat 102, carbs 30, protein 205 around 1850 cals Kinda fun mixing food to get the same macros.

My legs are barely working. I wasnt able to get to the gym today, mostly on the fact that the idea of walking into the gym is currently out of the question. I think that last leg day will be the death of me. Standing up is a bit of a challenge today.

I believe the jumprope this morning was a bad idea on top of this.

Hopefully I will be able to limp into the gym tomorrow.

Day 13: unknown but on the low side

Food: ate a few hamburgers but with no bun and hot sauce...ate very very little carbs today had just a spoonful of Mac salad and only 2 wings lol

Workout: READY FOR THIS?? Gym was closed so this is my run down...me and my little brother in law...1.5 hours ultimate frisbee...1 hour hardcore basketball....1.5 hours swimming....then we raced the 40 yard dash 5 times and raced the quarter mile 3 times on the turf track in our town!!! Then walked 3 miles back to my house ...can't begin to imagine how many calories I burnt today oh also had some sweaty crazy hard sexy times with the fiancée lol (more cals burn)

Notes: sore as hell but deff burned a ton of calories today...I can't really remember not sweating at all today lol I changed my shirt 3 times...my boxers 2 times and shorts 2 times and socks 3 times also took 3 showers lol

This was my day in a nut shell. I was the guy lighting them, my buddy was the only attempting to avoid being hit while filming. I have a small welt on my face from one of them hitting my jaw and going off.

Also apparently the crowd was attempting to scatter after several of the bottle rockets flew into them.
 
After yesterday and the fact that limping around independence day was ridiculous. I am changing my macros a bit.
Lifting days

I am thinking I just need some more calories for recovery. Today will be my long awaited back day. Wish me luck.
 
Day 14:

Food: had a ton of fries and an awesome burger with a classic milkshake from Johnny rockets with my pop today

Workout: deload chest and bi B

Supplements: Fat Smack XR X2 10am 2pm 6pm

Notes: took my grandfather to see the new spiderman...first time he was at a movie theater since jaws lol...I know he may not live forever so I deff did a YOLO today and ate a nice meal with my pop since him and my nan raised me it felt awesome takin him out for the day well worth the little cheat
 
Day 14:

Took 2 caps upon waking, then 1 4 hours later.
Felt warm all day could be the weather but I feel as though I was sweating more then normal for the daily yard work. Had a Back day today and I am not sure why but the weights felt lighter then normal, the 45lb plates felt like tinker toys. Yesterday I took the day off my diet and enjoyed a couple steaks and a small amount of potato salad.

I am starting to suspect that fat smack contains mild steroids....... I am on to you Aaron.

Unfortunately this will be my last update till tuesday. I will be at orientation for college and enjoying a nice 12hour drive to get there.
Here is my intention on macros today.

I took 2 fat smack this morning and I am about to take a third.
Today will be a shoulder day I will update my weights when I get back. I will most likely be doing my arm workout at orientation I hear they allow you to go to the gym on the second night.

Current mood, not sure why but I feel stronger as of late. Starting to see minute changes in physique so far. Feeling warmer throughout the day then normal. Also looking forward to seeing how nice the gym will be at my future home. Apparently I will be one of the bigger men at the gym there, according to my crazed old gym partner who is already there. I am going to try to have a jog in the morning throughout my trip.

Notes: weight isn't going off me as fast as before so dropping cals to 1800 lifting days and 1500-1600 cardio/off days and going to be strict on sugar and carbs!! Time to get my head in the game!!!!! Fasted until 11am today and then ate my last meal at 7pm and feel great!!!

Notes: according to the scale I'm up 1 pound from last Friday so I'm pretty pissed...to hard to judge in the mirror since I see myself everyday...so I upped the cardio and downed the cals a bit more...so tired of not having 6 abs pop out...frustrated today....

Food: had a huge slice of ham and some oatmeal and a small muffin so that's how I got the 100g of carbs but damn was it good lol

Workout: last day of deload...abs and 3 miles on the elliptical

Notes: still keeping those cals low as hell been cutting for 3 months still no full 6 pack but down a total of 20lbs almost...at least I know I will never have to cut this much again lol I'm paying for all those years of fast food eating contests and 10 cup soups a night lol I figure if it took me 23 years to put the fat on then what's a few months to get rid of it lol

Lol damn bro u werent kiddin u love orange and black. Sweet car my wife was the same way wanted me to get a 4 door vehicle but im a truck guy myself we bought a 2009 4 door tacoma. When i was in body shop class we use to redo evo's all the time for this guy that went to salvage car auctions they are nice cars

Workout: 1st full day back since the deload...did chest n bi A did overhand chin ups felt pretty good also curled 125 6 times...bench is down tho I think it's the effects of cutting for 90 days now...strength is finally coming down 3 months later...it's reallllly getting time to bulk for a big that's for sure

I definitely miss bulking bro. I miss eating oatmeal with peanut butter all the damn time and spaghetti and Alfredo! Everything good when bulking tastes so damn good! Soon enough, hang in there bro.

Today will be a leg day: all food besides the ribs will be eaten post workout.

So when I was at orientation the food was kinda fatass. I tried to eat clean but getting that was difficult. They had a fixed menu and you couldnt ask for extra chicken, or beef (because of limited food). :lame:

So Ricky you got that fattening effect you wanted. I did however do around 10 miles of walking a day in the hilliest campus of all times. Also it was the awesome heat wave, hitting around 102 degrees. Also some awesome sleep deprivation with the nice sunburn keeping me up in my 105 degree room, getting around 4 hours of sleep a night.

I unfortunately had to stop the fat smack for the last 3 days just because I have found one thing that fat smack does not agree with sunburns. I just started again today with 2 in the morning.

On top of this I was unable to workout this weekend because after a 3 mile walk in 102 degree heat on top of the best sunburn of my life I got there curled did about 15 minutes of arm work and then gave up from a combination of pain, dehydration, and frustration from lifting less then normal.

So now I am trying to get back on track after 4 days of stagnation. Going to be lifting heavy this week, and try and get alot more jogging then normal (which will be in the evening because my sunburns are still trying to heal).

Day 19:

2k cals 200g protein 150carb 90fat

Food: 93/7 ground beef...few packs of oatmeal with cherries and blueberries :)

Workout: rawr!!!!! Felt like a monster today doing 90lbs on the T bar rows felt amazing!!!! Back and Tri A...used the heavy ez bar and did the French press with 30lbs on each side and slammed out 12 reps still

Supplements: Fat Smack XR X2 10am 2pm 6pm

Notes: ripped up the gym today...everything was up except my rows they felt tough for some reason...not sure why but overall an awesome day...woke up at 6am bc I couldn't sleep so I went to the track and ran the 40 yard dash 10 times with a 2 min break in between

Great workout felt the pump in my quads and hammies during the leg press. My calves were exploding during the donkey calf raises.

Just weighed myself in socks shorts and a t-shirt and got 202lbs (before my meal) so doing pretty well on the fat loss category my strength is as robust and manly as ever (not on cycle). I am feeling warm and sweaty. Mood is great I feel like a million dollars and my sunburn is disappearing. Cant wait till my back workout, going get swoll.

Workout: shoulders!!! Monster today set a PR on lateral raises 35lbs DBs 10 times of yeah

Supplements: Fat Smack XR X2 10am 2pm 6pm

Notes: little bloated...doing ok not as lean as I wish I could but I honestly think its from cutting for so long my body is beat and I'm ready to bulk as soon as my fat smack is done with which is about 8 days :) then its time for test and tbol yes that means you will have to work 10 times harder gerbil bro!!!!!

Todays workout was odd, not sure why but my right hand is cramping a bit and the joints on my right hand are acting up.

I took glucosamine, fishoil, taurine and potassium. I am guessing this should resolve this issue by tomorrow, also I forgot today was supposed to be chest day so it was a bit hectic. Weighed in at 203lbs after my big meal in shorts and boxers. I am expecting to be around 195 by the end of week 6 but I am shooting for 190lbs.

My chest day was a bit of a pain in the ass I am going to ignore it on my log merely because my hand was messing with me. I am going to retry tomorrow and get some good weight up assuming my hand isnt acting up.
