Yesterday had an off day because I was way too busy.
Today: I am doing a 2 a day workout, legs at noon and chest at around 8pm.
So what did I do for legs.
Laying leg curls: Warm up: 90lbsx8, 100lbsx8, 105lbsx8 Working sets: 115lbsx8, 120lbsx8, 125lbsx8 then 25 partial reps.
Squats: Warmup: 135lbsx8, 185lbsx8, 205lbsx8. Working sets 225lbsx8, 245lbsx8, 275lbsx8, 315lbsx8 OUCH
Leg press: Working sets: 640lbsx25, 640lbsx25, 690lbsx25 MEGA OUCH I had to stretch between every set to keep my quads moving.
Stiff legged deadlifts: Working set: 185lbsx20, 185lbsx20
Donkey calf raises with a 135lb person on my back 3 sets of 25
Standing calf raises 225lbs 3x20
Seated Calve raises: 135lbsx25, 180lbsx25, 225x25
I had a bit of an acid build up and nearly threw up on the last set of leg press but held it in. (that was a first)
I was going to do some cardio but I was kinda waddling at the end of this one it was a bit brutal.
Still fasting till 3pm
Current supplements: 2 motivate am, 1 lean extreme am 6g BCAAs before workout 4g BCAAs after workout
Mood pretty freaking good weighing in at 202lbs today. Felt like a beast at the gym all the honeys were eyeing me. I have a strange feeling my mail man is a heroine addict thinking he can have just one fix before his shift then passing out for several hours.
Can't wait to start smacking that fat. The chest portion of this day should be pretty fun. I am coming for you Ricky, you and your little dog!!!! MUAWWWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!
