Fat 102, carbs 30, protein 205 around 1850 cals
Today I ate a low carb chicken/blue cheese wrap, bockwurst, knockwurst, german hot dogs, and sourkraut. The german in me is Smiling but I was a bit sad I couldnt have potato salad.... Oh well.

I felt like the hulk at the gym today, but was a bit rushed I got there an hour before it closed.

It went as such
Wide grip chins 12,10,8,6 Which were supersetted with seated rows to save time not going to bore you with the number because they are almost meaningless but it was slightly heavier then normal by about 10lbs but on average 2 reps less per set.

Close grip pulldowns, same as seated rows, these were supersetted with inverted rows 3 sets of 20 with a 45lb plate on my stomach.

Standing dumbbell rows, 45x10, 65x10, 90x7
Croc rows: 90x20, 110x20, 115x20.

Felt really good today, felt like my muscles popped a bit more in the mirror. I really hope by buddy howwedo, does better.

Are you hydrated? Sometimes dehydration can ruin the accuracy.
I think it's just a cheap electronic piece of crap haha yeah I drink like a fish man 3 cases of water in a 2 week period haha 25% so I have like 110lbs if lean mass lol stupid scale

I think I am going to have to bribe a personal trainer at the gym to give me a pinch fat test. Then I will get another one at the end.

Day 7: 50c 70f 180p 1800cals

FOOD: mostly chicken and bacon today all my carbs came from starburst I was craving haha

Workout: squats and cardio 10 sets of squats and 30 mins of cardio

Supplements: Fat Smack XR x2 10am n 6pm

Notes: shipped gerbils fat smack today with a bunch of other things lol it will be funny when he posts everything I sent him :p...today was good was a little more hungry then normal but I kept my diet clean...works going to be hell tomorrow so that will suck...but looking forward to a nice lift after work and some cardio!!! 2 weeks gerbil til our first set of pics!!!! I need to step it up!!!!

Day 7: 30c, 70f, 200p, 1800cals

Ate 2 wraps with chicken, blue cheese, a bit of onion and 2 cherry tomatoes. Also had 2 hardboiled eggs I might be a bit lower then 30g carbs just because the wraps are 9g fiber and 7 g usable carbs but I had 1 square of dark chocolate so I guess its a wash.

Supplements: 2 motivate morning, 2 pm, Lean xtreme 1 morning, 1 noon, 1 night

Workout:
Pushpress: 95x10, 115x10, 135x10, 155x8
Face pulls maxed the machine for 5 sets of 20 (my new favorite rear delt exercise)
Laterals: 25x15, 25x15, 30x15, 30x10
Front raises 25x12, 25x12, 30x12, 30x10
Arnold press: 45x10, 50x10,55x8

3 sets cable crunches
3 sets of 20 weighted decline crunches
3 sets of 20 25lbs russian twists,
3 sets ab roller to failure


Mood: I was really really bored today. But I feel good. Looking better at the gym which is exciting. I am currently weighing at 202lbs which is rather light for me. I might actually hit 190lbs by the end of this cut and my strength is still on par with normal. Cant wait to start smacking that fat.
I also sent out the cherries today and the shipping cost me three times what I paid for them....... DARN YOU USPS!!!!!!!!

Food: went out to eat at ruby Tuesday's and had grilled chicken and broccoli and cauliflower...my carbs came from a mixed frozen drink I enjoyed with my fiancée

Workout: chest n bis A...managed 10 chin ups with a 20lb between my legs

Supplements: Fat Smack XR x2 8am 4pm

Notes: going to do a good deload next week I just feel like I need it...I truly believe in listening to your body so this may break me...I will keep the cardio good just a good deload is needed sorry I couldn't update yesterday due to being super busy

Day 8:
Spent the entire day helping my buddy move, I have no idea my macros because I ate mcdonalds and a chicken wrap so not positive on macros but know it got all screwed up. Kinda pissed about it.

Day 9:
Very tired had 3 hours of sleep maybe. Spent the entire day so far dealing with *******s. I ended up telling an obnoxious elderly woman to blow me. Today will be arms. I will post again when I am done and have macros.

Wrist curls: 3 sets of 10 at 95lbs
Reverse wrist curls: 3 sets of 10 at 95lbs
That wrist roller thing: 45lbs to fail 2 times.

Gerbil lives completely across the USA compared to me lol but I did get his cherries in a timely manner...his fat smack will be there Monday.....and I can't speak for gerbil but I did my thread separate for the simple fact that when I'm curious about a supplement I search online or on here for reviews/logs and with fat smack in the title of my other thread it's easy for curious people to find

Day 10: 95g carbs 70g fat 170g pro 2k cals

Food: chicken....shepherds pie (yum) and almonds and some starburst yum I love em haha

Workout: Abs and shoulders with 35 mins moderate cardio 375cals burned

Supplements: Fat Smack XR X2 8am 4pm

Notes: had a great sweat going on doing cardio also walked a lot at work so I burned about 2600 cals for the day....took them cherries to work to share a bit but I ate about 3/4 of that bag haha

It's rough man I just watched my girl eat a vanilla bean ice cream cone dipped in melted peanut butter with banana slices on top....lol I just sat and ate my fish lol

Luckily my fiancé saw what carb cycling did for me and is hooked too! Though she has a few more cheat meals then I do most the time it's when I'm not home.

It's an awesome method. I tried going through it with a friend of mine but she didn't quite grab it.

By the way those BF scales suck. I'm obese year round.

Yesterday had an off day because I was way too busy.

Today: I am doing a 2 a day workout, legs at noon and chest at around 8pm.
So what did I do for legs.
Laying leg curls: Warm up: 90lbsx8, 100lbsx8, 105lbsx8 Working sets: 115lbsx8, 120lbsx8, 125lbsx8 then 25 partial reps.
Squats: Warmup: 135lbsx8, 185lbsx8, 205lbsx8. Working sets 225lbsx8, 245lbsx8, 275lbsx8, 315lbsx8 OUCH
Leg press: Working sets: 640lbsx25, 640lbsx25, 690lbsx25 MEGA OUCH I had to stretch between every set to keep my quads moving.
Stiff legged deadlifts: Working set: 185lbsx20, 185lbsx20
Donkey calf raises with a 135lb person on my back 3 sets of 25
Standing calf raises 225lbs 3x20
Seated Calve raises: 135lbsx25, 180lbsx25, 225x25

I had a bit of an acid build up and nearly threw up on the last set of leg press but held it in. (that was a first)

I was going to do some cardio but I was kinda waddling at the end of this one it was a bit brutal.

Still fasting till 3pm

Current supplements: 2 motivate am, 1 lean extreme am 6g BCAAs before workout 4g BCAAs after workout

Mood pretty freaking good weighing in at 202lbs today. Felt like a beast at the gym all the honeys were eyeing me. I have a strange feeling my mail man is a heroine addict thinking he can have just one fix before his shift then passing out for several hours.

Can't wait to start smacking that fat. The chest portion of this day should be pretty fun. I am coming for you Ricky, you and your little dog!!!! MUAWWWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!

Soon as I finish this fat smack I'm jumping on my tbol and test for what little bit of summer is left lol ...might do a slight lean bulk for weeks 1-8 then cut hard weeks 9-12 also will be doing my injections wed and sat in my glute and tbol has a 16 hour half life so I'll just pop them before I lift

Never experienced any type of hormones (DS or PHs) so I'm curious if they are really that great...I mean as a meso and having fantastic muscle building genetics I've always put on muscle with no problem just get stuck with a bit of fat so I'm very curious lol only thing I've used that really helped me get big was DAA n Creatine so lol we will see

I have a strange feeling you are going to pass those expectations with proper diet. You realize if you gain that much muscle your bf% will drop 1% with just the mass increase.

My goals are only 10-13lbs lean mass and 2-3% bf gone so I'm hoping to at least hit that mark
