2k cals 250p 200carb 50f

Food: some hot wings And lean hamburger and plenty of oatmeal

Workout: wanted to do legs ended up doing arms for the first time in a longgggg time lol went pretty good had a decent pump

Supplements: Fat Smack XR X2 10am 2pm 6pm

Notes: pics tomorrow after the zoo!!!!!!! So tomorrow will be....shower...zoo....pics...gym!! Enough said ;)

Post workout 1/2lb ground beef, 2 cups broccoli, 1 potato, 1 can black beens, 1 banana, homemade pico de gio with a hand full of low carb chips.

Too lazy to calculate macros today, but it is below my average.

Back Day:
T-bar rows: 115x10, 135x10, 180x10, 225x10 Then drop sets of 180x10, 135x10, 90x20
Seated rows kept the weight heavy and ran drop sets after 3 wu
Wide neutral grip pull downs: same as seated rows
Barbell rows: 135x10, 185x10, 225x10, 225x10
Shrugs: 225x10, 275x10, 315x10, 315x10
Wide grip chins bw+25x8, bw+25x6, bw+25x4

Supplements:
1 fat smack AM 2 noon
Lean extreme 1 am 1 noon 1 with preworkout
2 fishoil noon
4g taurine noon
Potassium
1 t911 noon
Current stats 6'00"
Weight 200.5lbs (woot lowest since early highschool)

Mood: Feeling good, sweating alot drinking alot of water, felt like a beast today at the gym. It is freaking hot out but I am really excited for the lower weight I can probably hit below 195 by the end of this. Which will be alot lower then my starting 207lbs.

Day 22:
9am Workout:
Decided to do german high volume today for ****s and giggles
laterals (first 7 sets) 20x10, (8-10) 25x10, Then drop sets for added fun 22.5x10, 20x10, 17.5x8, 15x10
Face pulls: maxed out the machine for 10x10 last set was a bit difficult.
Front plate raises: 45lb plate for 10x10
dumbbell shoulder press: 40lbs 3x10 then my shoulders kinda just gave up so I decided against more.

Supplements:
1 fat smack morning 1 noonish
5g BCAAs after the gym
1 lean xtreme morning 1 noonish

I will probably do another workout tonight not sure what though. Maybe go for 500 50lb kettleball swings or do something else crazy, just in one of those moods.

I will probably retake them tonight when I get to a place with better lighting my back kinda looked flat in that pic.

Mood: Kinda ansy feel as though I need to do more lifting. Feeling good german high volume training makes me giggle from time to time. Still not hungry most of the time. I recently switched to a 4 hour feeding window which is working well for me.

I am at the crappy body fat % that the 7lbs lost are not very noticable. But when I hit 195 I think I will look alot better. Also what is a fun high intensity non-specific exercise? Trying to put together a random workout for tonight.

Day 22 feeling good today...it's deff odd going from a cut to a lean bulk....keep shedding that fat gerbil bro and meet me in the middle!!!!! I have a nice gift package that builds bigger and bigger every week :) will send it out at the end of the 6 weeks!!!! Go sly that fat damn it!!!!!!!!

Tie or not - both of you have something to put your chin up for. Gerbil made significant progress toward his goals. Howwedo has put himself together nicely even if the numbers arent as drastic. So congrats to both for doing your thing and giving as an entertaining thread to follow.

As for that trade off... I'll take the pecs and swap the bis. You have the square shape chest I wasnt blessed with.

Yesterday: My cheat day for the next two weeks.
I took the day off enjoyed some sun and bbq with my friends played some beirut.
Although I kept my fasting window in accordance to my current plan.
Supplements: fat smack 1 am 2 noon

Today:
Still fasted going to dinner with my family tonight that will be my only meal, today. I will report micros later today.

Started today off with 30 minutes of 1 minute on 30 seconds off Jumprope.
Supplements:
Fat Smack: 1 upon waking 2 at noon
Lean extreme: 1 upon waking 1 at noon

Mood feeling great, last night was a lot of fun it is nice to take a break once in a while and party your ass off.

I shall be cutting a bit harder till the end of the 6 weeks just to give Ricky a run for his money.

Ate about 3k cals 300g protein :) 250g carbs and rest fat

No gym again but tomorrow I shall murder the gym!!! Back and bis....nothing to report really on the test and tbol...still nervous about eating to much as I really don't want to gain fat so I have a pair of 31" waist shorts I barely fit into so I will wear them once a week to make sure I'm not gaining fat :)

It was my cousin's going away party and I made my macros pretty well. Gotta love feasts that still fit in your macros. He will be missed but the dinner was awesome.

Day 24: around 3k cals again just lowered my protein a bit and upped my carbs...set a PR on my rows and felt slightly more aggressive but super pumped like my muscles have never been this full

Let me know when you try that leg day. That is my day today nothing like quads, hammies, glutes and calves to make you feel sore.

Instead of doing my injection Tuesday I'm going to hold out until Wed after my workout
Your post injection pain will get better as you get used to pinning bro. When I first pinned my quad I was crippled for about six days. That was only six weeks ago now I can pin there almost eod without any pain whatsoever!

My only gripe about it is the fact that if you take 2 at a time fasted your stomach revolts.
Yup, it's not made for that. :)

Yesterday:
I took an old old CLA 2 days ago and have had terrible diarrhea, so I had to abort my leg workout a bit early due to dehydration. I will be doing calves at a later date this week.
